🏡 The apartment offers two double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower 🚿 and one service bathroom 🚻, both recently renovated.

The real highlight is the terrace ☀️ where you can enjoy sunny lunches, and the covered veranda 🌙 perfect for cooler evenings. Equipped with air conditioning ❄️ and private outdoor parking, it is the ideal solution for an unforgettable holiday!

Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Bed linen and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including sheets.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!

• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation.

• Additional cost: €30 per stay.

• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, charges will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Children under 15 years are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
