Very nice location

We had a a very good time, the little Belvedere uphill is fabulous. The neighbors are very nice and have also helped a lot with great recommendations on sightseeing locations being not so crowded. Cristina and Julia are great hosts.

Heavenly

The house was wonderful and the views were even better. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The Belvedere of the Portofino peninsula from the top of the hill is a so peaceful - a great place to read a book. The town is welcoming, with small shops and restaurants. The property owner and caretaker are very helpful and friendly. We did not want to leave, and surely hope to return again soon!

Lovely property-will definitely stay again

If you want to experience an authentic Ligurian stay, then this property is it. You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. The owners are very gracious and efficient. The amenities are cozy and comfortable. You are literally between Portofino and Cinque Terre, without being in a touristy area. I HIGHLY recommend this awesome property and will rebook when I get a chance.

Disappointing.

If you are looking for a quietly located holiday home, this is not a good choice. Every five minutes a train rushes by right next to/under the house. These are both passenger trains and long freight trains (also at night!) that make an incredible amount of noise. It was also very disappointing in terms of privacy, because of a second home that is located on this property. The terrace with a beautiful view over the sea (no access, so no swimming opportunity) is also used by the other house. This means that you actually only have the roof terrace (approx. 4x4) of outdoor space to yourself.

Anche per me è stata una brutta esperienza. Probabilmente ci sono persone che prenotano la casa senza leggere la descrizione del proprietario. E' precisato che la mia proprietà è composta dalla "Casa Gialla" (affittata a 2 famiglie di Milano da anni) e dalla "Casa Rosa" . Il "Belvedere" da dove si gode di un'ottima vista di Portofino, è condiviso da tutti. Zoagli, come tutta la Liguria, è attraversata dalla ferrovia che corre tra il mare e la collina. Dalla mia proprietà si arriva a piedi al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria in 10 minuti a piedi, quindi il rumore del treno si può sentire in lontananza durante il giorno. Alla notte dormendo con le finestre chiuse non c' è nessun fastidio. Ricordo che si può usare l'aria condizionata anche se la casa è molto fresca. Certamente che ci possono essere delle persone abituate a vivere nel silenzio assoluto della campagna, ma allora la Liguria non va bene perchè è forte la possibilità di trovare bar, ristoranti, strade trafficate e voci di turisti.

Charmante maison typique du golfe.Situation idéale, proche à pied du centre de Zoagli et de ses plages.Belle belle vue mer depuis la maison. Magnifique Belvédère avec un bel Agencement pour pouvoir profiter d'une vue incroyable sur portofino. A noter pour les personnes sensibles le passage du train à proximité

master bedroom good 2nd bedroom suitable for children only. 1 bathroom with shower 2nd bathroom no shower. The beautiful view from the terrace involved lots of rustic uneven steps so not really possible for al fresco dining.

Wundervolle Woche in Zoagli. Die Lage und das Ambiente des Hauses war toll. Wr haben vor allem den einzigartigen Ausblick, die Ruhe und dennoch eigentlich sehr zentrale Lage genossen. Alles geht zu Fuß und der Stadtstrand bietet mit seinen einzelnen Buchten und dem super klaren Wasser für jeden etwas und wirkte eigentlich trotz Hochsaison nie überlaufen.

Schönes Haus aus dem Hügel

Ein schönes Häuschen und mega Ausblick auf das Meer und die Bucht von Belvedere aus. Hier haben wir die heiße Mittagsstündchen und Abende verbracht. Das Haus selbst hat alles, was man braucht. Auch die gute Lage und die gute Anbindung an Zug haben wir genutzt und z.B. nach Genua mit dem Zug gefahren. Wir sind ebenfalls von Zoagli selbst begeistert - kleines Örtchen mit Gastronomie und kleinen Geschäften, Kulturveranstaltungen auf dem Platz und wunderbarer Strand. Die Nachbarorte sind etwas größer und auch schnell erreichbar. Kommunikation mit den Gastgeberinnen hat super funktioniert. War alles top.

Super schönes ruhig gelegenes Haus was sehr sicher in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung in Strandnähe

Tolles Haus und sehr nette Gastgeberin in einer ruhigeren Lage wo der Tourismus nicht ganz so Fuß gefasst hat. Zoagli ist ein schönes kleines Städtchen und in direkter Nähe zu Portofino und Rapallo

Traumurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Ferienhaus von Cristina und Giulia. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage. Die Ruhe, die wir suchten, haben wir dort gefunden. Vor allem das Belvedere ist unvergleichlich schön. Dort im Sonnenuntergang zu Abend zu essen, die Lichtbahn des Mondes auf dem Meer zu betrachten, ein Gläschen guten itlaienischen Weins dazu... was will man mehr! Zum Strand und in den Ort sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bahn fährt regelmäßig in die Nachbarorte oder bringt einen zum Wandern in die Cinque Terre. Wir haben das Auto an keinem Tag gebraucht. Die Klimaanlage im Haus funktioniert sehr gut und die Ausstattung ist top. Ein Urlaub, wie man ihn sich wünscht und ihn auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann. Danke, Cristina, für die schönen Tage!

Unvergleichlicher Ausblick

Kleines, feines Ferienhäuschen, gut ausgestattet (inkl. Klimaanlage) in Top Lage. Die Ortschaft ist fern der Touristenströme, hier macht der Italiener seinen Urlaub. Kulinarisch ist relativ wenig geboten, ein gutes Fischrestaurant, ein durchschnittliches Pizza Bistro & eine Eisdiele mit leckerem Eis aber unfreundlicher Bedienung. Es empfiehlt sich eine Bootstour (Verleih vor Ort) an der Traumküste entlang.

Absolut empfehlenswert für einen schönen Urlaub!

Für einen schönen Badeurlaub mit Ausflügen ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert! Die beiden Terrassen und der jeweilige Blick sind gigantisch! Wunderbare Abende sind vorprogrammiert. Zum Strand muss man etwas laufen, dafür ist es herrlich zum Baden. Herzlichen Dank an die beiden Vermieterinnen!

Herrlicher Ausblick

Sehr schönes Objekt. Wunderbare Terrasse, wenn man den Garten zur Steilküste hinaufgeht, was wegen des Höhenunterschieds etwas anstrengend ist. Leider hat man von der Terrasse am Haus keinen Blick auf das Meer. Zoagli selbst ist sehr klein und hat relativ wenig zu bieten.

Rust naast het volle toerisme

Zeer vriendelijke dame, zeer mooi uitzicht boven op het terras. Airco kwam van pas bij de hitte dat we hadden. Wel een goede klim om terug het huis te bereiken maar de rust en uizichten maakt alles goed! Een aanrader.

Schöner Platz etwas abseits vom Rummel! 80 Stufen hoch und ein wunderbarer Aussichtspunkt über dem Meer ist die Belohnung! Empfang hat super geklappt ( wurden am Bahnhof abgeholt! ) gute zugsverbindunge ! Wir haben es genossen!!

Vacances inoubliables à Zoagli

Nous avons passé deux semaines inoubliables à Zoagli. La maison est très belle, comfortable et jouit d'une excellente position. Le village de Zoagli et la plage sont joignable à pied. Les propiètaires sont très charrmants et serviables. Nous recommandons vivement cette location!
