The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. From the kitchen, you have direct exit to the garden and terrace. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. The property includes a balcony, large terrace, small patio, and small garden, all offering marvellous panoramic views of the lake and the countryside.
