We are right on the beach! Location can't be beat! We are one block from the south Bridge (Stickney Point Bridge). Convenience is key to a vacation. You can walk to the grocery, to restaurants, shops, rentals, Ice cream, and so much more. Traffic can get congested on Siesta Key, but at this location, you won't be in the middle of the congestion...you can drive on and off the key with ease.Did you know that Siesta Key also has a free Trolley called The Breeze and you can just wave it down in front of our building and take it anywhere on the key...for free!!
This unit is on the top floor, unit 504. A reserved parking space for this unit is under the building, very close to one of the two elevators. Your car will always be cool and comfortable.
The condo has a fully equipped kitchen: Fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, double deep sinks, disposal, and a washer and dryer. FREE WIFI.
Sheets, towels and beach towels are generously provided. Paper products, dishwasher soaps, bar soaps, hand soaps, and cleaning products are all in the condo and it will feel very much like home.
The complex of House of the Sun provides lounge chairs on our section of the beach. There is a large tub of beach toys and noodles at the pool area, so if you are coming down with kids, don't purchase beach toys until you have checked out the large assortment that have been left behind by previous families.
Lounge by our heated pool, play some tennis, video games, ping-pong and air-hockey and be on the beach. House of the Sun has it all.
Guests of House of the Sun enjoy bringing their evening cocktails and snacks to the FIFTH FLOOR DECK. The atmosphere is fun and casual and friendships have been made from this great fifth floor deck with beautiful panoramic views of our beach with its gorgeous white sand. Guests who stay at House of the Sun tend to come back year after year, and I hope that you will, too!

Siesta Key has been my home away from Ohio for over 25 years. About 14 years ago we purchased our first condo on Siesta and to date, we have 3 condos that we offer. We have two 2-bedroom units at House of the Sun and a 3 bedroom condo at The Anchorage. They are all within close proximity to each other and located at the very popular south bridge with shops, restaurants, bars, grocery all within walking distance. Dave and I are on Siesta Key from January to the end of April every year and then back again for October and November. You will find Siesta Key information and updates on my Siesta Key Facebook Page with regard to happenings on the key. For those of you who are coming down for just a few days and do not want to rent a car, Siesta Key has a Free Trolley Service called Breeze Trolley, and the Trolley runs 7 days a week taking travellers from one end of Siesta Key to the other. Why they chose this property
I own two condos at House of the Sun because it is well run, the owners take the time to know one-another, and has a friendly atmosphere. The fourth and fifth floor decks are something that very few complexes have on the key. Being able to walk across the street for cocktails at Sniki Tiki, or Captain Curts famous Clam Chowder, or dinner at Claytons or Miguels, or just running across the street to the Crescent Market for some cream for coffee in the morning, make this location so worth-while. Another big plus is that we do not have to deal with the slow-moving traffic to get on and off of the key. So, the long and short end of this story is, GREAT COMPLEX, GREAT LOCATION, ON THE BEACH, EASE TO GET ON AND OFF OF THE KEY.
