Relax in this beautiful fifth floor beach front Condo and enjoy the fantastic direct gulf views from the screened lanai with the beach just steps away!! Crescent Beach is famous for its pure white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. Looking for the perfect vacation condo? This is it! This two-bedroom condo is luxuriously furnished with all the necessary amenities. Included are three remote control TVs, a DVD, WiFi Internet, air-conditioning, all linens, and bath and beach towels. The new kitchen has all the conveniences of home. A laundry room is located just a few steps away near the elevator. The heated pool is close by.

13% tax.
$400.00 Security deposit required, returned after departure.

Our host provided welcoming information. We enjoyed our stay in his condo. Everything we needed was available. Our host even provided service for beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. We had beautiful sunset views from our lanai. Bonus: the Breeze bus stop was steps away. The pool was clean and in good condition. Happy campers

A lot of lamps were dusty. No extra toilet paper. And the box of Kleenex had only 2 sheets. No more available. One suggestion would be to put a safety bar in the master bath. The floor of the tub was slick and not very clean. Overall it was good trip. Love closeness to the beach and the view of the sunset

The beachfront location can't be beat. Having to lineup before 7:30 am to get a prime spot on the beach is a bit of a bummer though. The condo was nicely appointed. Would be nice to have some more hooks and towel racks. The owner was lovely and very responsive.

Great 2BR, 2 Bath Gulf Front Unit

Awesome Gulf view from 5th floor corner unit. Great place for two couples or a small family. Great beach (Crescent beach) and several terrific restaurants and bars within a short walk. Communication with owner was terrific.
