Great Stay

10 adults - 5 couples and the house worked out fabulous. The owners were very responsive for any questions. There was a slight issue with water pressure on the last day as everyone wanted to shower before travelling. We worked it out.

Breathtaking views, for sure!

Ten of us enjoyed moving into this beautiful Napa County home for 5 nights at the end of July. The owners recommended two chefs for dinners. The food was excellent and the house accommodated both meals perfectly, one inside and one out. We were dancing and singing before dinner one night to the player piano! The surrounding neighborhood was perfect for a morning walk, especially the "killer hill" that leads from the front gate to the top-of-the mountain property. We highly recommend this house for friends, families or anyone who wants to "live in Napa" for a wonderful respite.

Spacious home with Beautiful view off the back deck overlooking Green Valley and Fairfield.

I took a group of golfers to try some different courses in Fairfield area. The homeowner was great, let us in to the house early on the first day which was rainy. This is a very large and ostentatious home. There is plenty of room to entertain and spread out. There was only three small details that kept it from a five star. There was very little utensils in a huge/ gorgeous kitchen, minimal salad bowls or storage containers for left overs. Next there was a motor under the home that turned on and off all night long making it difficult to sleep. Lastly and most importantly we were unable to watch the Master’s because the two large televisions did not have ESPN. Very easy to fix those three things and will be a perfect vacation getaway for sports enthusiasts.

The extremely heavy rains caused the sump pump to run and create vibration. It's been taken care of. Also my apologies for not giving you a thorough orientation. There is a set of silverware to serve 12 in the top kitchen drawer, plates, bowls, and cups in the kitchen cabinet. In addition there is a china set that serves 12 in the dining room cabinet.

Wine Country Villa

The wine country villa is beautiful, spacious and was close to our wine country destinations. There were six people on the trip and the home had six bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and ranged from king to queen. The property views were amazing. The restaurants, gas station and shopping center were nearby. We bought groceries, made brunch and dined on the large patio. The owners were very responsive to our questions. It was the best of both worlds by staying at the home that had a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher (pots, pans, dishes, etc) as well as hotel amenities. The towels, lotion and soap were hotel quality. We highly recommend this property.

House and scenery were absolutely beautiful! The view overlooking the vineyard from the deck/hot tub is amazing. House had all the amenities for our group of couples on our wine tour/couples retreat. Bedrooms are very large and comfortable. Owners responded ASAP to all communications and made sure that we were all set. Again, beautiful home and landscape.

50th birthday bash

We celebrated our 50th birthdays with 5 couples at this beautiful property. The owners were extremely responsive to all questions before and during our stay. The home was wonderfully situated and provided many memories from this trip. The views are breathtaking and we really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets from the back yard and patio. It was a perfect location for our daily wine trips. We would highly recommend and plan to be back soon!

How disappointed are we

While the property was alright, I can’t get over the fact that we received such horrendous hospitality from the hosts. First and foremost, being extorted for more money at the end of the trip wasn’t how I wanted to end the vacation. The hosts said we wrote in their guestbook, and wrote negative comments, which is in now way true. In fact, we moved the guestbook in order to accommodate some luggage - so I know for a fact it was never touched. I have a pending dispute with Vrbo to cover that. We did have 1 more guest than anticipated, so I paid the extra fee. Funny how the hosts found out though - they saw us through the cameras. I wonder where else they had cameras inside and throughout the property… And the cherry on top! Two of the people staying there had flies in their room, and once they got back from the trip, there were maggots on the clothes they had put in the drawers. They didn’t clear old garbage from the rooms and it showed. How disappointed are we, about everything…

You agreed to our rules of no extra guests other than what you booked but you brought 2 extra guests. The county has an ordinance of 10 person maximum and we could lose our permit. We allowed you an early check-in, accepted a package that you had sent to the home, and only charged you for 1 extra guests. In your text messages you told us-"everything was wonderful and amazing" until you were sent an invoice for extra guests. We take great pride in our cleaning and disinfectant procedures and try very hard to obtain a 5 star rating. Thank you for leaving the doors wide open and lights on while you are away each day. You then wrote terrible comments over a previous guest's glowing comments and ruined our guest book. We will never rent to you again and cannot recommend you to other hosts. Your retaliation for being charged for extra guests reflects upon you poorly. Shame on you.

Awesome house!

Everything about the property was fantastic! All the bedroom were great, the kitchen accommodated all of our needs, the living and it's view was amazing. We loved spending our evenings on the back patio, in the hot tub and near the fireplace.

Beautiful and Spacious Napa Retreat with Stunning Views

This house was absolutely beautiful. It was even better than the pictures. There was plenty of room for the 9 adults (4 couples and 1 single) on this trip. We each had our own spacious room and there were plenty of bathrooms. We had a private chef cook dinner one evening and he had everything he needed in the kitchen and plenty of space. The outdoor area was perfect as well. We spent a lot of time sitting outside and enjoyed several meals outside also. The house was located a few miles from many of the popular wineries and restaurants in Napa and the surrounding areas. The hosts made everything easy (check-in, check-out, and simple house rules) and were very responsive to any questions we had. All the other guests kept asking how I found such a "gem"! I would definitely look to book again on my next trip to Napa!!

Awesome house/ awesome view

You cannot beat the view at this home! The owner was very accommodating. The house was very clean. An added bonus is that the house had little things that you can travel with… toilet paper, cotton swabs, lotion, shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. It just made everything so much easier. We will definitely be back! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beauty in Fairfield

We have absolutely no complaints about this property. Eight of us stayed here during the July 4 long weekend as we wanted a nice, big, and luxurious property for our accommodations. We were doing a trip for my fiance's birthday in wine country and this property was just about 45 to 60 minutes away from Napa Valley vineyards (depending on how deep you are going). The property itself was amazing! Great views all around. The kitchen was fully stocked (everything that you would need) and we cooked just about every single meal. Lots of spaces to chill out, both indoors and outdoors. The jacuzzi outside was also very nice. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question or just needed help. Would stay again if I was returning to Napa Valley with a big group! Thanks for the hospitality!

BEAUTIFUL Home & Friendly Hosts

Chris and Jessica are wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of wine and some snacks which were definitely the cherry on top to such a beautiful home. All the rooms were clean and made us feel at home. This was the perfect central location for us as we wanted to go to Sonoma one day and Sacramento another and the distance to each location was about 30-40 mins. We are already planning our next trip in 10 years back to this location (as long as it's still available then!) Overall, 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thank you Chris & Jessica for a wonderful trip
