We had an amazing stay in this house for my partner's 40th birthday gathering. The host, Jessica, offered quick responses to our questions, and they were wonderfully flexible around the time we could enter and check out of the property. The space is large, with lots of open rooms for gathering, but also had several tucked away bedrooms when folks needed space. The beds were comfortable, even the pull out couches. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishware and utensils. It was impeccably clean. The hot tub was a fun addition I'd forgotten about before arriving. The house is well-positioned within the suburb, at the end of a road, with close neighbors on only one side, and a large open space on the other. We didn't few that we had to tiptoe around inside for fear of annoying the neighbors.I'd recommend it to anyone for their gathering. Two things to be aware of: 1) you and your guests will certainly need a car--this is a very suburban space, with the closest BART station 30 minutes drive away. 2) the fold out couches are located in pretty central areas of the house, so maybe put your deepest sleepers there, if your group has people who go to bed or get up much earlier than others. Overall, I'd recommend this to any group. We had a wonderful time, and all of guests remarked on what a perfect space it was to spend time together there.
