This was a great home to stay in. Very clean, bathrooms were nice, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was close to everything in Maricopa and only a 30 minute drive to Chandler.

Family gathering

My mom, siblings and I stayed in this beautiful home while we were in town for a family funeral. It is spacious, with plenty of room for all of us and has a nice backyard to gather and visit. We will definitely rent this home again, when we come to visit. It is equipped with everything you need and the host is very easy to communicate with.

The Best Vacation Rental!!!

I rented this For my band members/friends from New Jersey and LA to perform at my house over memorial day weekend. I checked the house out before anyone got there and it was pristine. The house shows better in person than in pictures. Exceptionally clean, great location, everything you could possibly need. I will be definitely rent this again when I have overflow guests. Everyone was more than comfortable in this lovely home. Danielle’s communication was great!

Nice place in town!

This place is really nice! Very open and spacious, and accommodating. The patio is a great place to sit out in the morning and enjoy some coffee. It is pet friendly, so my grandmother could bring her little dog. The house is furnished with very comfortable furniture, and the kitchen and is open with an island. The rooms were good size, beds comfortable, and bathrooms very well in order. We were very fortunate to find this place just shy of thanksgiving, and very much enjoyed staying here. My wife and grandparents had a great time. Danielle was wonderful to communicate with, very nice, and was just a short message away if we needed anything. Hope to book again one of these days. You will not be disappointed staying here! Thanks Danielle for everything!

Golf and relaxation trip.

We came down for two weeks of sun and fun. The house was roomy and very comfortable. Everyone found their beds comfortable too. We spent our time golfing during the day and also brought our cue sticks and used the pool table in the evening.. Danielle responded quickly with any questions I had. The patio area was a nice place to eat breakfast and relax in the evening. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt at ease taking walks by myself. I highly recommend this house and we will certainly be back.

Thanksgiving in the Desert

We had a great time this last Thanksgiving week staying at the Diamond in the Desert in Maricopa, AZ. We where there to visit family in the Chandler area and had 6 adults and a dog who were in our group. The property is located in a cut-de-sac do it provided a great, quiet location for us. Chandler was very accessible from this property and getting to our families residences was very convenient from the property. The property itself had everything we needed and the host was very helpful to us during our stay. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking to spend time in the area.

Great stay for Copper Sky Event

Our two parent-teen pairs had a great stay at Danielle’s home. There was plenty of space, it was super clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for activities at Copper Sky Recreation Center. Danielle is also an awesome communicator: clear, prompt, and friendly.

Best rental property ever

This was hands down the best rental property my wife and I have ever stayed in. The home was so warm and relaxing, and was perfect for what we needed. It’s in the perfect neighborhood with amenities just minutes away. Truly the best vacation rental we have been to, and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Arizona!

This property couldn’t have been better for our family to stay at while my husband played in a gold tournament in Maricopa. The pool, playground, and overall community are outstanding. The house was very clean, provided all of the necessities from cooking supplies to cleaning supplies and even beach towels foe the pool. The beds are all very comfortable as well and we loved the layout of the home and pool table. The owners were great about communicating and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Home away from Home

So thankful we were able to stay at this home! It was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay in Maricopa and felt right at home. Very clean and put together, had a great pool table and checkers table that we had fun using. Our family dog was very comfortable as well! Great open space and very roomy! One struggle we had was with the shower in the bathroom in the hallway. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower head. It was probably so easy to do, but we couldn’t figure it out! No big issue tho. We just took turns using the shower in the master bedroom. Other than that, this house was so fun to stay at and was perfect! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable

Our family stayed here for Christmas. There was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I loved the granite. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the pool table. The back yard is nice and tidy, and even has citrus trees where we were welcomed to pick the fruit. The bathrooms were large, with the beautiful granite again. The bathroom not belonging to the master bedroom was very good except the tub drained a bit slow. Not a big problem at all. The surrounding area is nice, with lots of playgrounds, and felt very safe. I think there are some dairy farms nearby because we could occasionally get a whiff. But really, no complaints. Danielle was wonderful and responded promptly. My little grandson became very ill and Danielle was very gracious in allowing us a later check out time to accommodate our flight schedule, which was so appreciated. I highly recommend staying here.

Our family of 5 moved to Maricopa in 2006 from New Jersey and are here to stay! We live and work in the community. We have watched our town grow and grow. Maricopa only has one hotel and it is usually full so we purchased The Diamond in the Desert home to accommodate Arizona visitors!

Why they chose this property

I designed and furnished this home specifically to cater to vacation renters, corporate travelers and long term renters. I travel with my family and I understand the importance of the minor details while still appreciating the things like the game room, open concept living, and of course the patio and outside areas. It is Arizona after all! I hope you will be comfortable and really enjoy your time at the Diamond in the Desert. Apex Friendly!
