Welcome to The Shore Thing (Formally known as Boji Paradise) located at Bridges Bay Resort. This four bedroom, three bath cabin, sleeps 12+, and is perfectly placed within Bridges Bay Resort. Six daily passes to the Bridges Bay Boji Splash Indoor and Outdoor Waterpark are included with the cabin reservation. Bridges Bay Resort offers two direct waterfront restaurants the Waterfront American Grille and Bracco World Cafe & Beach Bar, live music, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, private fully stocked fishing pond, basketball court, outdoor children's play station and outdoor shelter with gas grills. Your home away from home offers full sized kitchen appliances, small appliances such as a crockpot, electric skillet, ninja blender, toaster and coffee maker and Keurig one cup coffee maker.

Spacious kitchen island seats four, with granite countertops, open floor plan to living room and dining area. Dining table seats six and provides direct access to your covered patio with gas grill, outdoor dining table. The living room offers high speed internet, flat screen TV, leather couch and loveseat.

Main level provides a primary bedroom providing a king-sized bed and on-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual vanity, and walk in closet. Main floor washer is located in the mud room for your stay if needed. The lower level offers an oversized family room with large sectional, twin-sized day bed with twin-sized trundle, Bedroom (2) provides a Queen bed, Bedroom (3) offers a full over full bunk bed, and Bedroom (4) offers a Queen bed. The lower level provides a second full size bathroom with shower/tub combo. The main level also offers a half bath off the kitchen. Extra items that available during your stay are two strollers, extra fold out chairs and extra propane tanks in the garage. Adult games such as cornhole and poker chips, extra lawn chairs in the garage, a pack n play and a highchair.

There is parking space for up to 2+ vehicles in the driveway and 2 in the garage.
Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply with various channels.
This property is professional hosted by, locally owned and operated, Okoboji Vacation Co. were we strive to bring only the best quality experience to our guests including professional linen service at this property to better enhance your convenience. This amenity provides you quality linens in place and ready for your use. These linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only dye-free soaps assuring all guests a comfortable stay. With all Okoboji Vacation Co. properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special, with a starter pack of toiletries, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, face bar soap, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent included in your cleaning fee. Propane replacement, concierge and access to our Host Store are also included. We offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Need a pack n’ play or toddler cot, pack of bottled water, firewood, etc? These are available for a small additional fee on our Host Store and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.

Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.

Property is privately owned and is not managed by Bridges Bay Resort. Therefore, no refunds will be given for resort amenities not being available or under construction (notice will be given by Okoboji Vacation Company).
