Newly remodeled home with backyard fun for adults and kids in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor deck, patio, bar shed, firepit, and outdoor and indoor games. Walk to West Lake Okoboji beaches, East Lake Okoboji, Upper Gar. Walk to the Ritz or Okoboji Store for lunch on the water. Walk to Arnolds Perk for breakfast and coffee and then across the street from there to shop at the Emporium on the water. Walk to the Arnolds Park with the family to ride all the rides. Walk 3 blocks to rent watersports equipment. Walk or drive 1 mile to Okoboji Boat Works to get on a boat ride or sunset cruise. Back your boat in at the boat ramp 2 blocks away. Jump on the bike path at the then end of the block. Walk to other numerous bars, restaurants, live entertainment, and a convenience store. Sunday through Thursday rentals are cheaper and the lakes area is less crowded, with most of the same activities to enjoy.

This was a SUPER property for a large family! Very clean and well stocked with everything you can think of. There was even small dishes and a small table and chairs for children. Great yard and close to everything. Mike was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Would definitely stay here again!

Extended Family Vacation

This was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family vacation with 4 families! 8 adults and 7 kids and everyone was entertained. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and the kid friendly games in the shed and the adults had the perfect place to hang out on the deck. The ice cream shop a few steps away was definitely a plus as well. Great location to enjoy Arnold’s park, bridges bay, and local shops/farmers market on Saturday morning! We had a wonderful weekend and can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic Family Reunion

First time in 8 years we all got together and it was great. The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms, very convenient to all the attractions and restaurants of the Lakes. The house was well equipped, clean, easy clean up, washer and dryer available. We had a wonderful experience and would return.

I highly recommend this house in Arnold's Park. It is clean and comfortable and has plenty of room for 12 adults. All the amenities you need for cooking and entertaining, a great deck in the back and large yard for kids to play. Conveniently located, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and Arnolds Park Amusement Park. Owner is fantastic to work with and very accomodating and responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing time at this house. Mike is the most attentive host I've ever had. Quick to reply, friendly, and super accomodating. Great location for the house, right near the water and all the bars. If we ever make it back up, there will be no question where we stay. Thanks again to Mike for everything!

Good house, great hosts!

The updated house is perfect with everything we needed for our first family reunion. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, all the amenities Arnold's Park has to offer. Ranging in ages from 13-75, there are spaces for everyone to be by themselves or all together for meals, card games, etc.. There are two sets of washer & dryer combos and everything else needed to make this feel like your own home. Mike is truly a super host!
