Yellow Pine 39 is a warm and spacious Sunriver retreat with plenty of room for families to settle in, spread out, and enjoy time together. With three bedrooms, a bonus room, reading loft, three full bathrooms, and space for up to 10 guests, this home offers an easy balance of shared gathering spaces and quiet corners.

The main living area feels bright and welcoming, with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and the soft natural light that gives Sunriver homes so much of their charm. A gas fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, while the large TV creates a comfortable place to gather for the big game or a family movie night.

The adjacent kitchen and dining area are generously stocked for group meals, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or settling in for dinner together at the end of the day.

Where You'll Sleep
Main Level
Bedroom One features a king bed, TV, private ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and patio doors that open directly to the back deck. Also on this level, the den/bonus room includes a set of bunk beds and a large-screen TV, creating an easy hangout and additional sleeping space for kids. A second full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and stacked washer and dryer serves the main level.

Upstairs
Bedroom Two features a queen bed and TV, while Bedroom Three also offers a queen bed and TV. A spacious shared bathroom serves the upstairs level. The well-lit loft adds a peaceful reading nook, and the upper deck offers a quiet place to enjoy morning coffee and the surrounding pines.

Entertainment is easy to come by at Yellow Pine 39, with five large LED TVs, individual Blu-ray players, and an Xbox for relaxed evenings indoors.

Outside, the large wrap-around back deck is fully enclosed, creating a private and peaceful setting for outdoor time. Fire up the gas barbecue for lunch, settle in beneath the trees, or slip into the private hot tub and let the evening slow down around you.

Five adult cruiser-style bikes make it easy to explore Sunriver from this central location. Ride to the Cardinal Landing footbridge over the Deschutes River, head toward Fort Rock Park, explore nearby golf courses, or simply wander the miles of paved pathways beneath the pines. In winter, Mt. Bachelor is about 20 miles away for skiing and snow-filled adventures.
