The house was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked and their was room for us all.We had difficulty getting the fireplace to turn on, but after calling, someone fixed it right away.

We’ve stayed in SunRiver twice a year for the past 10 years and have never stayed in the same house twice. So we’re highly familiar with homes in this community. I’m only giving this home 3 stars. It has a very good layout for 2 families and lots of parking space in the driveway. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms so parents don’t have to share with kids. The other two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bath. Be warned- this house has a lot of wear and tear. Broken stair treads, large hole in the drywall in the bunk bedroom, lower bunk mattress is on the FLOOR, soap scum covered primary shower glass surround, VERY old pots and pans with completely gone non-stick surfaces, horribly dull knives, and kitchen faucet needs replacing (leaks if you don’t fidget with it.) The main living area is spacious but there’s a very insufficient amount of comfortable seating in the living room. One 3-person couch and two single-person chairs. Hard to get cozy and watch movies as a group because a majority are forced to watch sitting in a hard kitchen chair or on the floor. The location is ok. It has a beautiful view of the golf course but it’s a full 10 minute drive to the village. For the price, I was very disappointed.

Overall this property would be an amazing place to stay if it was cleaned better and had some upkeep done. Bikes, hot tub, location, fully stocked kitchen, ammenities were all great. They are also very friendly and helpful if you have to contact them for any reason.

We so enjoyed our time with our family. Accomodations made our stay "comfortable and relaxing. We all enjoyed the hot tub! The kids loved swimming at Sharc. The bikes provided a great way to get out and experience the rest of Sunriver.We will be returning!

Family Ski Trip to Mt Bachelor

Overall, the property worked out well for our party of 7 adults. There was plenty of room, easy commute to Mt. Bachelor ski area. We prepared all of our meals as there were 4 chefs in our group. Found that the kitchen could use an update on linens and dishes including stemware, cookware, food storage containers, fresh spices, etc....

Everything we needed

The place is clean and kitchen/family room is great for relaxing and watching sports or whatever on the TV. We even ordered a pizza from a local place when we didn't feel like going out and it was delivered hot and tasty within 35 minutes. Great place for Sunriver enjoyment.

Nice Family Vacation Rental

We heard just about 4 hours before we could check in that the AC was not working. The home was a little warm at night but we opened windows and it helped. For as many people the home can accommodate the great room seating was lacking. We had 3 family members that canceled and it would have been difficult. There were 7 of us and it worked out well. There were just enough bikes for all of us with a few in the garage that were inoperable

We had a really good time. All the girls loved the house and beds and bedding. We did notice that the fans and window sills need some cleaning but that didnt teally bother us. We left early and hopefully left it the way you wanted. Thank you so much.
