Very nice mountain apartment for 9 people in duplex in chalet building in the heart of the village of St Chaffrey (Chantemerle Serre Chevalier station 1350)
Arrival on skis by the Briance (green slope). 100 meters from the village, its activities and the ski lifts.
Completely redone and decorated with care in 2014 in the chalet spirit (parquet, paneling), our apartment has all modern comfort and breathtaking views of the village and the mountain.
TV, WIFI,, DVD player, Video games, classic games, books ...
Closed garage with ski locker and drying cabinet to find your warm stuff the next day to ski.
Your beds will be made upon arrival, all linens are provided.

The duplex apartment has 2 large balconies and a terrace on which in summer there is a large table and a magnificent barbecue for dining in the sun (parasol)
Very quiet apartment in a ten year old building on the 2nd and 3rd floor without elevator. Garage and parking spaces in front of the building.

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, dishwasher. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living room with convertible sofa. TV, Ipod / iPhone stations. Washing machine. And raclette machine ....

In the heart of the old village, along the Guisane. Restaurants, bars and festive resort life 100m away.

Even if you don't ski, you can rest in a cocoon universe! And for internet addicts, there is WIFI.

For your comfort, the final cleaning consisting of 5 hours is offered. We will ask you to leave the apartment suitable.

Très belle proprieté, bien equipée, près des commerces, restaurants, et acces aux pistes. Fabienne et Delphine ont été toujours disponibles et à l'écoute. On reviendra surement. Merci!

Juste parfait

Accueil très chaleureux de Delphine Appart parfait (confortable, bien aménagé Cuisine bien équipée) situation optimale proche des remontées mécaniques et disposant d’une jolie vue. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir! Merci Fabienne !

Nous avons passé un super séjour! L’appartement est très agréable très bien décoré et très bien équipé, la literie confortable. Très bon accueil de Delphine qui est disponible et à notre écoute. Petit bémol sur le ménage : beaucoup de poussière, les tiroirs des commodes et les casiers de rangement sous le lit de la chambre principale n’étaient pas propres...

Magnifique séjour / appartement très agréable et très bien agencé, très bien placé

Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée. L'appartement est proche des remontées mécaniques mais aussi du cœur de la station. Il est spacieux et bien agencé.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce logement confortable et cosy! Il est idéalement placé pour les adeptes de ski , calme et au pied des pistes. Le logement est bien équipé et nous avons eu un super accueil, à refaire!

Nous sommes partis à 2 familles avec des ados qui sont de bons skieurs! Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine . L'appartement correspond tout à fait au descriptif : très bien décoré , et il ne manque rien dans la cuisine, lits confortables ! De plus , la météo était avec nous : neige et soleil. Nous arrivions en ski à 20 m du garage ...il est très bien situé !

Très bel appartement super équipé !

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très lumineux et très bien équipé. Tout près des pistes et des commerces, il est néanmoins au calme. Rien ne manquait. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! D'autant plus que la propriétaire est charmante.

Formidable séjour

L'appartement est tout à fait comme dans la description, la décoration est très soignée, on se sent chez soi.. Tout est bien pensé, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et agréable, salles de bains parfaites, les chambres et la literie sont très confortables, et on ne se lasse pas de la vue... Nous avons passé une semaine formidable et espérons y revenir!

Appartement très agréable et très bien placé

Cet appartement est idéalement placé pour les skieurs comme pour ceux qui aiment traîner dans le village et c'est parfait avec des enfants car tout est à proximité. Quant à l'intérieur, la décoration est soignée et très chaleureuse. Les équipements sont de qualité. Les petites attentions de la propriétaire et la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueillis sont très appréciables et font se sentir vite comme chez soi. C'est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et nous nous sommes régalés. Il ne faut juste pas s'attendre à un grand salon en bas mais cela ne nous a pas du tout gêné pendant notre séjour. Nous pensons même y retourner...

Génial !

Un super séjour en famille au pied des pistes à Chantemerle. L'appartement est très confortable, et bien équipé. Super décoration. Nous avions même une armoire pour sécher nos affaires en rentrant. 4 chambres , 2 salles de bains. De grands balcons et un garage au cœur de la station et du vieux village. Nous reviendrons !

Ravie, prestation 5 étoiles

Au cœur du village de Chantemerle, la location est idéalement située à 2 mn à pieds des pistes et des commerces. Le lieu est très calme, il y a peu de passage et les nuits sont paisibles. C'est une prestation haut de gamme qui nous attendait : des assiettes, en passant par la déco jusqu'à la literie ici tout a été soigneusement choisi. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel pour une ou plusieurs familles, parking casier à ski...rien ne manque. Cet appartement lumineux et spacieux au look montagne chaudement revisité, fait plutôt penser à un grand chalet : grandes baies vitrées avec vue sur les montagnes , grandes terrasses.... Les enfants (9-13 ans) en autonomie, étaient ravis de leurs fin de soirée luge sur la "Luc Alphan". La station de Serre Chevalier - Chantemerle est très dynamique et en cette période de vacances scolaires outre les nombreuses activités ski proposées (air bag; funny cross, cross border...) il y a chaque soir une animation à découvrir. Nous revenons cet été pour profiter de la rivière qui coule sous les fenêtres et du sentier pédestre au pieds de la résidence !!
