Chalet Authentique et Familial Proche des Pistes

The Queyras is a beautiful region that I love as much in winter as in summer.
The resort of Serre Chevalier is located very close to Briançon in the Alpes de Hautes Provence.
In addition to its extraordinary ski area, Serre Chevalier is a very well-equipped resort where there is always a lot going on whatever the season.
There are many leisure facilities, shops and restaurants.
I had been looking for a chalet there for a long time and I fell in love with this one.
It is authentic and made of larch.
It is located in the commune of SAINT CHAFFREY, one of the main villages that make up the SERRE CHEVALIER estate.
I completely renovated the interior while preserving all the charm of wood and a cosy side.
On site you will find everything you need (ski-room in winter, garden, terrace, bowling alley and barbecue in summer, spacious living room and bedrooms, comfort, household equipment) to make the most of your stay.
The chalet is about 200M2.
It is located 4-5 minutes from CHANTEMERLE, the heart of the resort (car or shuttle).
The shuttle bus stop is located 200M from the chalet. It passes regularly and several times a day to take you to the heart of the resort.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright living room with fireplace (wood is provided) and TV, a completely renovated kitchen open to the dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with an American refrigerator with fresh water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, Thermomix, raclette machines, hob with integrated extractor and refrigerated wine cellar.
Also on this level, there is a large bedroom of 20 m2 with a 180 cm bed, TV and a spacious shower room with toilet.
There is also a guest toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.
One has a large bed (160 cm wide) and a TV, the other has two beds (90 cm wide) that can be pushed together to make a large bed (180 cm wide).
In the living room, on the wooden terrace, there are several dining areas and a parasol in the summer.

On the garden level, two spacious bedrooms with 160 cm wide beds, a shower room and a bathroom each with their own toilet.
Apart from the mezzanine level where there is a shower room for every two bedrooms, the other bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom or shower and their own toilet.
The bedding is of hotel quality.
Bed linen (as well as duvets and pillows) and towels are provided.
On this level, the chalet has a ski-room with glove and hat dryer as well as boot dryer, ski rack, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, ironing board and steam generator.
You will have WI FI with fibre.
The land is a wooded and fenced garden with a beautiful wooden terrace fully equipped in summer with garden furniture and parasol as well as a charcoal barbecue.
A bowling alley completes this garden.
Three vehicles can be parked on the site.
Your dog is welcome.
The chalet is available from 4pm on the Saturday afternoon of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the Saturday of your departure.
At your request, the concierge can be there to welcome you and provide you with the information you need to settle in. This service will be charged €30 by the concierge service. If you do not wish, there is a key box and a book presenting the chalet on site.
The concierge will be present when you leave, this service is part of the rental.
