Beautiful single-story, luxury home with all the items, furnishings and amenities for an awesome experience. 3,300 square feet of spacious living including 3 bedrooms, den with pullout sofa, 5 bathrooms (3.5.5), living room, dining room, butler’s pantry, incredible kitchen, breakfast nook, large family room and laundry. Open floor plan and luxury upgrades throughout. Outside offers additional living space in a fully covered lanai and sliding glass doors that completely open the back of the home. Large heated pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, TV and more.

The very large master bedroom suite includes a king bed, dresser, night stands, 55” flat screen TV, two large cushioned chairs for reading or relaxing, two walk-in closets, tub, double sinks, shower and private toilet area.

The two queen guest bedrooms are off a private wing of the home, each with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The den has a pullout sofa.

For additional comfort and convenience, the home is furnished with five (5) flat-screen TVs, two (2) DVD players, Wi-Fi (400 Mbps), cable TV, washer & dryer, telephone, ceiling fans, board games, balls, floats for the beach or pool, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach towels, bicycles plus many other amenities that will help make your vacation truly enjoyable!

Treviso Bay is a beautifully landscaped, world-class gated community complete with bike and jogging paths, a TCP golf course, sports facility and other first class amenities. The Rilassare sports facility features a well-equipped health/fitness club, spa, tennis, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, bathrooms with lockers, Tiki bar, etc. It also includes a resort style walk-in pool with multiple waterfalls, lap pool, separate children’s pool, hot tub plus a sandy beach area with umbrellas, lounge chairs and hammocks. All social membership benefits transfer to the renter.

This property offers a high-quality, luxury vacation suitable for every member of the family. From your front door you are in walking distance (1 block) to the Rilassare Club. You are also only five miles to some of the best, white sand beaches in the US and a visit to Marco Island is a short 20 minute drive. Golfers can pay to play some of the 135 courses in Naples including the TCP course located right on the property (see for great prices and current specials). Go five miles north and you are at the luxurious 5th Avenue shopping, dining and sight-seeing!

2026 Rates:

• Shoulder Season (November-December): $10,050/month

2027 Rates:
• In Season (January – March): $11,550/month
• Shoulder Season (April): $10,500/month
• Low Season (May-October): $5,500/month
• Shoulder Season (November-December): $11,550/month

• In Season minimum 90 day rental
• Other months minimum 30 day rental
• Cleaning $400.00 + tax
• Background check $100.00 + tax
• Utility cap of $400/month. Tenant pays additional costs.
There is a fee to transfer the Social Membership.

Please note that owners use the single car garage for storage and the larger, 2 car garage is dedicated to the tenant.

Treviso Bay - Vercelli Residence

The Treviso Bay community was terrific and our stay at Larry and his wife's home was perfect. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay truely wonderful. It was a quick 3 min walk to the fitness center and main pool and a quick drive to the golf course where they offered a free pick up and drop off service! There was easy access to the highway and 10 min to Naples. All in all a great place to vacation and Larry was great in making the experience seemless.

Fantastic home!

This is a luxury house with all the amenities you can think of. The house is brand new with only top class interiour and decor. Larry is the most nice, friendly and easy to get in touch with owner. When we asked if there were any tennisraquets in the house. He went to buy two so we could play when we arrived. The club is also fantastic. You can use one of the bikes or walk to the community pool, restaurang and 24-7 fitness center. You are a short drive to 5th ave. in Naples with fine dining and shops. The beaches are not far away. You can reach Marco island, Naples pier, Vanderbuilt or Lovers Key state park in 20 minutes drive. Miromar outlet or Waterside shops in 20 min. too. Everything was just great for a relaxing vacation in paradise. We can´t wait to come back!!

The owners made sure there was everything we needed for us to stay at their home. In walking distance to fitness centre, tennis and the resort style pool. We loved every minute of our stay!!!!!

Beautiful property in scenic community

A modern villa located in the heart of the Treviso Bay development. The house was very clean and well equipped to support guests and the proximity to Naples beaches is very convenient. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly and did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

little piece of paradise

I stayed in this wonderful house for the month of November 2018. It is beautifully decorated and contained everything imaginable, so as to truly be able to enjoy the weather and surroundings. The owner was extremely helpful and addressed any issues I had with speed and efficiency. I have already booked this home for next year and can hardly wait!
