On the ground floor large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and TV lounge.
A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and cupboard, a shower room with sink and wc and a washing machine room.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190 either, united in a single bed of 180X190 or, in twin beds (state your needs when booking).
The other bedroom with a 180x190 bed
Large closets, a shower room, a sink, a toilet.
Duvets, blankets and pillows provided.
Sheets, household linen , hand towels, tea towels (all washed at 90°) and departure cleaning included.

On foot the shops, the post office and the market are 450 meters away, the oyster port at 700 m, the SNCF station at 500 meters to take a tour of Bordeaux by TER.
The cycle path starts at the door of the house and will lead you through the salt meadows to the beaches of Arcachon 3.5 km, to Pyla along the basin approx. 7 km, to the other oyster ports Gujan, La Hume beach, ... 2 to 5 km

Wonderful house!

Sylvies House has everything you need. It is very clean and well furnished. Sylvie is very friendly, thank you so much for your hospitality! You walk about 15 minutes to the harbor. La Teste is quieter than Arcachon, a very pleasant city. That were beautiful holidays!

We'll positioned, well kitted out, little gem of a house. Sylvie was welcoming, helpful and available if needed. We'd definitely use again. Even though on quite a busy road ( at certain times) this is far outweighed by its locality and facilities

En avril, on se découvre pas d’un fil !

Durant les 5 jours de notre séjour, malgré un climat pluvieux, nous ne fûmes pas à l’étroit dans la maison du fait d’un agencement optimisé et d’un équipement approprié. De plus, la tranquillité du quartier pourtant proche du centre-ville est appréciable.

Notre séjour a été fantastique. Accueil très chaleureux de l'hôtesse. Le logement d'une propreté impeccable est parfaitement équipé et fonctionnel. Les lits sont de grande taille, les matelas très confortables. La cuisine dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Des parapluies sont même mis à disposition .Le petit espace à l'arrière de la maison est très agréable . Une adresse à recommander absolument.

Très joli maison, très bien équipée et bien placée (on peut se rendre à pied au marché...). Seul bémol : le bruit de la route.

Merci pour cet avis. Nous ne louerons pas une grande partie de 2024 car cette rue très ancienne va être entièrement refaite, après cela la circulation se fera dans l'autre sens. Beaucoup moins de passage à l'avenir, plus de sérénité et toujours à deux pas de tous commerces et animations à pieds.

Rundum - Wohlfühlpaket

Super schöner, perfekt ausgestatteter Start- und Wohlfühlpunkt zu allen Zielen der Region rund um das Bassin d'Arcachon. Es fehlt einem an Nichts im Ferienhaus, jedes Details ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Gastgeberin könnte nicht besser sein. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen, umsorgt und superlieb (mit Croissants und Schokobrötchen) verabschiedet. Ein wirklich toller Urlaub zu Ostern 2023. Logement de qualité / confort

Propreté irréprochable, rien de manque. La clim appréciable avec les 30/35°C que nous avons eu lors de notre séjour. Exceptionnel pour un mois de mai ! Très bon accueil. Arcachon fut une très belle découverte, nous y reviendrons !
