Merveilleux séjour près de la plage

Avons séjourné à 9- deux familles réparties sur les 3 logements, une maison et deux cabanons. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent, literie de bonne qualité, jolie déco, propriétaire à l'écoute, conciergerie sympa. Situation parfaite entre Arcachon et Moulleau, plage Pereire à pied... Bref des vacances de rêve, exactement comme nous en rêvions.

Voyage à arcachon

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Cependant la piscine était très sale et « chauffée » à 20 degrés, un peu froid pour un moi de mai. Les photos de la maison sont trompeuse, pièces plus petites et vis à vis bien présent. L’agencement de la maison n’est pas non plus très pratique. Une dépendance a un accès aux toilettes extérieur quand à la seconde dépendance il faut traverser deux chambres pour arriver dans la dernière. Dernier point faible un départ de la maison à 10h…tôt pour des vacances. En conclusion le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas en corrélation avec nos attentes.

Je suis un peu surpris de votre commentaire. Concernant la propreté de la piscine, elle avait été nettoyée avant votre arrivée mais nous sommes dans une période où il y a beaucoup de pollen. Pour la température, elle est réglée à 22 degrés, je reconnais que c’est peut être un peu juste. Vous auriez pu contacter la conciergerie ou moi-même, nous aurions fait un nettoyage de la piscine et aurions augmenté la température avec plaisir. Concernant les photos et l’agencement des pièces, nous n’avons, à ce jour, eu aucune remarque négative. Pour l’horaire de départ, la plupart des locations demandent un départ à cet horaire. Dans tous les cas, je regrette que votre location ne vous ait pas apportée une totale satisfaction.

Nous avons passé un excellent weekend dans ce logement. Il est récemment rénové et très propres. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. L'exterieur est super agréable! Les procédures d'entrée et de sortie étaient claire. Merci pour la flexibilité sur les horaires d'entrée et de sortie.
