Casa Caballos (The house of the Horses) is a corner unit located on the 4th floor in the brand new and luxurious Zenith Condominium Development, centrally located in the Zona Romantica and within a 5 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach, Tre Piatti Italian Restaurant, Bravos Restaurant, Fredy's Tucan, and much of the night life Puerto Vallarta has to offer.
Casa Caballos and Zenith offers 24 hour security, secured entrance and no steps or stairs to access the building and unit. Our luxurious unit features all original wall art and statuary.
Casa Caballos also offers treated and filtered drinking water and ice cubes for your protection and enjoyment.
Guests will have access to everything Zenith and Casa Caballos has to offer. Casa Caballos is furnished and outfitted with everything you need to feel right at home, including a fully stocked kitchen, basic staples including coffee, creamer, sugar salt and pepper.
Zenith offers a common area roof-top heated infinity edge pool with explosive views of the bay, BBQ area, dining area and gymnasium.
You’ll love Casa Caballos because of the beautiful outdoor space, amazing roof-top infinity edge pool, the neighborhood, the ambiance and the close proximity to Los Muertos Beach and the Malecon.
Casa Caballos has been professionally decorated and offers high quality plush bath towels, beach towels, high thread count linens, pillow top mattress and high end appliances. Gabriel and Randy will always meet you on property, show you around the condominium and introduce you to all the amenities Zenith and Casa Caballos has to offer. We live within a 5 minute walk of Zenith and are available during your visit for questions or concerns.
Although we have a dedicated parking space which is available by request only, the best and easiest way to get around Puerto Vallarta is by taxi or walking.

Really great place

This condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to all our favorite places. We loved our hosts! This was the most swanky place we have rented in P.V., and I hope we get to come back.

Perfect Place to Stay

I go to PV a few times a year and this condo is one of my favorites. It is on a corner, so it has views to the mountains. It is very comfortably furnished. It's located a block away from most of the gay bars and best restaurants, so everything is conveniently close by. And last but not least, Gabriel and Randy are great hosts who are always looking out for you to make sure you vacation is going great.

Had a great time staying at this property, the owners were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s super close to all the action, and just a block from the bars. Beautiful Zenith Condo!

From the time we booked until the time we departed, the hospitality that we received from Gabriel and Randy was excellent. Their beautifully decorated condo is very clean and comfortable. The infinity pool is gorgeous. The location of the Zenith building is excellent. The local restaurants, bars, clubs and stores are all within walking distance of just a few blocks. Our next stay with Gabriel and Randy has already been booked!

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is beautiful, the location is perfect and the owners are wonderful! We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta before and have always stayed in hotels. This was our first experience renting an apartment and it was amazing! We enjoyed the BBQ on the roof and then swimming in the rooftop pool, We enjoyed relaxing at the end of a beautiful beach day enjoying Netflix on the comfortable sofa, we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful modern kitchen, we enjoyed everything!

Perfect location in PV

This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we went back and forth about staying at a hotel of a condo through VRBO. We opted for the condo, and we are so glad we did! We chose Gabriel and Randy's place due to the stellar reviews and how great the place looked in the pictures. We were not disappointed! Gabriel kept in touch throughout our stay to see how we were doing and helped us with any questions we had about PV. Also, the guest book inside the condo was an invaluable resource for food, drink, and fun. Thanks guys! We will be back soon!!!

The Best!

The photos of this condo don’t really do it justice - it is so well appointed, well decorated and well located, we felt very pampered. I often find that owners of rentals skimp in the kitchen, with the cheapest of everything - not so in this place! Because we always had leftovers from dinners at restaurants, we never actually had to cook, but everything we needed to do so was at our fingertips. The condo is on a busy street, as are most places in Puerto Vallarta, but it was very quiet inside the condo. Still, we did enjoy sitting on the veranda with coffee or wine watching the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again, hopefully for more than four nights.

Fabulous Condo and Stay in PV

This was one of our best vacations! We stayed in Los Caballos for a month - just fabulous. The neighborhood is in a perfect location, 3 blocks to the beach and walking to great restaurants within blocks. . The two patios were great to sit out on and look at the mountain view and peekaboo view of the ocean. The unit was well furnished and perfectly appointed, very comfortable and incredibly clean. Gabriel and Randy are the most attentive and perfect hosts. They were always available for any questions and were a great resource for recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. The roof pool was perfect for an afternoon dip and watching the sunset with great views of the mountain and neighborhood. We loved our time at Los Caballos so much that we already reserved for next year. Randy and Gabriel Mucho gracias!! Looking forward to next year.

I usually don't book more than a block away from the ocean, but I might be changing that from now on. Being centrally located to all the restaurants, bars, and a taxi station was amazing! Literally a block away from all the night spots! I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HOST. These two men are incredible, from the time we booked to the time we left they were so gracias. I received a text moment after I booked and from that moment on I felt at home. They had refreshments in the unit and I seriously could not ask for more. The pool and building, in general, were amazing, and the building staff A++++++++ If your thinking between renting here and somewhere else I'll make your choice for you STAY HERE

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Caballos. We were met at the building entrance upon our arrival and given a tour of the condo. This is our 9th visit to PV and this was the easiest check-in process we've had. The condo is just as described and just how it looks in the photos.... if not better. It's totally furnished with everything you'll need during your stay (with the exception of coozies for your beer...I forgot to take mine). We like the fact that this unit is on the corner, so we had views of the ocean down the street one way and views of the mountain in the other direction. This is the first time we've stay in this area of Zona Romantica and it was nice to be so close to all the restaurants we've been going to for years. Even though there was construction going on across the street (which you'll find everywhere in the area these days), we found the windows did a good job of dampening the noise. We also liked that the bedroom was on the inside of the building, so with the fan running at night, we rarely ever heard noise from outside. We really enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool on those days we didn't go to the beach. It's well maintained and has beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. We'll definitely be looking to book this condo again on our next visit to PV.

This was my second visit to the same unit. I go back to Randy and Gabriel because: 1.) Their attention to detail and service 2.) The quality of the unit. We would stay here again given a good deal. We paid for 30 days but left after two because of an accident on the street. Yet we had time to visit a few close-by restaurants which very graciously helped to provide food that accommodated the accident. We also loved the pool. We want to come back. But we were disappointed that we lost all those rental dollars!!

This has to be one of the best properties in PV.

Condo is well appointed. The style is amazing, makes you feel like home away from home. The property owners have you covered from amenities in the bathroom (lotion, body wash) to beer and soda in the refrigerator. The location is perfect. On the balcony you have a view of the ocean and hustle and bustle of city and night life. All the major clubs are a block away and makes getting home after a night if drinking very convenient. There is also an amazing rooftop pool.

Had a incredible stay in a well appointed and new condo. You feel more like your in a high end hotel. The hosts were there to greet us and show the condo upon arrival. They checked up on us during our stay to make sure we were satisfied. Very Satisfied. Definitely will reach out to them for the next visit and have already referred friends to rent their condo. aside from their hospitality the Condo will wow you and you'll find it very well appointed for your stay. the roof top view is incredible with a nice pool, hot tub and grilling area. You'll the beach is walkable as well as many restaurants , bars and entertainment is close by . Great location

The owner was really great in making the experience enjoyable. The condo was equipped with every essential. (I have stayed at many and this was by far the best). I would recommend this condo highly. It is three blocks from the water. A very quick walk. And in the heart of town. Which is a very nice thing. I never used a cab and was able to walk to every restaurant in less than 20 minutes. You can hear the nightlife but was not so bad I could not sleep at night. The unit is also very large for a one bedroom.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has really interesting art.

It's fully stocked with kitchen and bath accessories. In fact, the bathroom is better stocked than mine at home! Everything is first class. Wonderful location near the best restaurants. The hosts are so helpful. The staff in the lobby were always cheerful and greeted me by name. The roof top pool is beautiful. I plan to always request this condo when I return.
