Signature 406 Puerto Vallarta Condo is located on the 4th floor, facing the sea, and affords unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta's famous sunsets. Amazing view from the minute you walk through the front door to enjoying it from the oversized terrace. Only thing to improve would be the bed comfort level; both bed are extremely firm. Add a topper or have one available in closet for guests.

This property is stunning! The views were amazing! I loved opening the glass doors wide open to feel the breeze and that made the place so open! The pool was such a blessing! When we were there it was very hot and getting into the pool after a day out was absolutely refreshing!The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best! I normally go to a resort but the beds and pillows are the worst! I loved this condo! It was everything we had hoped for! It had plenty of items available to feel comfortable.I’m wanting to keep coming back to this condo because it truly felt like home away from home but better. 🥰Thank you

Just finished a week at this beautiful property! Check in was smooth and easy. Communication was fast and efficient. The view is the main star here as it’s spectacular. Location is ideal as well as it’s an easy walk to the beach, some amazing restaurants and plenty of bars. Can’t wait to stay again!

What a wonderful stay we had... Definitely as advertised. Very clean. Great location. Communication with owner / property manager was extremely efficient. For some specifics: anything you needed to prep food / drinks / coffee the kitchen had. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of hot water, efficient AC, great inside & outside deck hanging areas. Icing on the cake: excellent eating places within walking distance! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great little get away

Very cute and secure condo. It was very clean and has a great location. Loved the hot tub, with a great view from the balcony. Tons of great restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. I can see why this property is always booked. We didn’t want to leave! Host was super responsive, and Juan Carlos was there to welcome us and make sure we had everything that we needed. The view is even more spectacular than the pictures show, and the dipping pool was our favorite spot. 10/10!

We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our stay. We truly enjoyed the unit and the property, its location, and its amenities. Everything was immaculate—the unit was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with both the owners and the manager was easy and pleasant throughout. The only challenge was that the Apple TV and music system were difficult to use and may be due for replacement. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you Steve for your nice review. We are glad that you enjoyed yourself; you're always welcome back anytime. Being in the unit right now I checked the audiosystem. All works well. The volume on the amplifier must be adapted at times, as the individual knobs in each music zone are do not have the same range. Two speakers lose their connection at times. We're looking into it. Thanks. As for the Apple TV, I changed the battery in the remote. It seems to work well so far. However, it is a bit difficult to operate: one must be right in front of the Apple TV when using the remote, and the remote is very sensitive. I recommend using the app on your iPhone if possible. In any case, we advise not to use the apps that are installed on the TV, but always go through the Apple TV as the buffering capacity is way better than with the apps of the TV. We'll make sure the instructions in our guide are updated accordingly. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
