Looking for a quiet Guadalupe Riverfront home, away from all the crowds yet close to all the action? Then you've come to the right place!

Maricopa River Resort is located on a quiet area of the Guadalupe, just before the 'Horseshoe' a popular area for tubing and rafting. Jump in a tube or your raft of choice directly from the backyard and float the Horseshoe, a scenic stretch of the river which conveniently doubles back and puts you conveniently close to where you began (requiring a short walk back to the home). Whitewater Amphitheater is also at the end of this section of river, only 1/2 mile from Maricopa River Resort.

You'll love all there is to do in the area, but will truly enjoy the home as well. Maricopa sleeps a maximum of 8 guest between its 4 spacious bedrooms, and also has 3 full bathrooms. There is plenty of room to lounge and relax in the open-concept living, dining, and fully-equipped kitchen, but you're sure to spend most of your time away in the beautiful back yard, with covered seating, large shade trees, and a barbecue grill available for guest use.

This house has a great location and access to the river. The host was responsive and helpful. I am taking a star off because the amenities in the house were basic. There were not enough towels for 8 people, not a lot of utensils in the kitchen, there was mold around the AC ventsand the AC couldnt keep up and there were missing sheets for some of the beds.

We really enjoyed our stay. It Has a great waterfront perfect for fly fishing. Plus it is within walking distance to Whitewater Amphitheater. Great location and comfortable clean house.

Nice in November

Maricopa River Resort is perfectly laid out for three couples or a group of friends. Three full bathrooms for each wing and bedroom. The back porch is very tranquil with the Guad right there.

Great location!

Stayed the 1st weekend in September 2019. The house was a great size for a big group and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to several tube rental places. There was an issue with one of the toilets and they came and fixed it right away. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

We had 8 people including 4 children under 10 stay for a weekend and the house was great. The kids loved the riverfront access and the backyard. Only small complaint would be there was no tv or streaming box available, but there is WiFi, so bring a device if you want any live tv. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!
