The first bedroom is a queen room on the main level with a sitting area complete with television and a shared full bathroom across the hall. The second bedroom is also a queen room on the main level and has a TV. The third bedroom is an open queen room on the lower level with a TV and the fourth bedroom is a queen room on the lower level with a TV. Both baths offer a roomy tiled walk in shower. A charming kitchen offers all the necessities needed for preparing meals and opens into the main living space. Additional bar seating is perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for a day of river fun. The living/dining room has a unique combination of dining, bar, living space as well as deck access. The living room opens to an outdoor deck with sweeping views of the Hill Country and the Guadalupe River below, where you're sure to spot some rafters, tubers, or fisherman enjoying the cold, clear waters. The downstairs living space has a comfy sofa, a large-screen TV, and a mini fridge, making a perfect space for the kids to hang out with friends .The outdoor spaces come with an upper deck and a lower deck deck and are great for alfresco dining. You can chill out with a glass of wine and listen to the live music coming from the live music venue in the area which is open to the public. There is also a propane grill at your disposal so you can grill whatever food you fancy. The property has river views and is conveniently located near the water. Use caution when on the lower patio area that overlooks the river! Please note that the cliff drops steeply to the river, and that you can not access the water directly from this property.
