Property was excellent and Cory was quick with communication and any questions I had. The location is excellent and central to almost everything you could ever need.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip immensely!! Place was beyond our expectations!! Cory was great at responding very quickly with any questions I had! I would highly recommend!!
From booking Cory has been very responsive, not that we needed him as the unit and overall experience at the Westin has been great. This is our second stay at the Westin (stayed in a 1 bedroom last time) and needless to say we will be back soon. We had a great view of the ocean from the unit and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Having a full kitchen and access to BBQ grills saved us a lot of money dining out... plus you couldn't beat the view from the dining table on the lanai.

Thank you Brittany. So glad you enjoyed your stay in Maui!
If you're thinking of booking the Westin Nanea, you really should. It is extremely beautiful, clean, and well cared for. The units themselves are well designed, very comfortable, and well-equipped. They will exceed all your expectations. The amenities on the property (pools, etc.) provided my family with endless hours of fun during our stay- which was our second to the Nanea and second with Cory as our host. My kids are young and went down the slide in the Keiki pool HUNDREDS of times. The pool is so shallow that it allowed my kids (5 and 7) to have some independence, while we were able to relax and watch them from the sidelines. There are plenty of options to book the Nanea, but you should absolutely book with Cory. He is SUPER responsive and incredibly helpful. We had some complications on this trip (caused by external circumstances and not by Cory or the property) and Cory was totally there for us with fast responses and was very helpful. We also were impressed with how helpful and professional the staff at the property was when we needed something. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful property and responsive host!
This was my first stay at the Westin Nanea, and fourth overall visit to the Ka'anapali area.
Cory was a wonderful host and I would rent from him in a heartbeat. He was super responsive and prompt whenever I had a question/request.
We vacationed with our two children (ages 2 and 4) and my parents. This unit was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and even grill tools for the grills downstairs. The kitchen didn't have extras, but we were able to make it meet our needs without too much difficulty. The appliances worked well. Our children have food allergies, so we cooked every meal in the unit. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was also fantastic.
The property was perfect for a group like ours, and the pools were perfect for our kids' ages. There were lots of families around, and for the most part the kids around us were well-behaved. The pool area also never seemed overcrowded and we were always able to access chairs, the waterslide, and everything else we wanted.
A few small downsides: it felt a little silly that they don't stock the units with a reasonable amount of things like dish soap and dishwasher detergent. Once a week cleaning service also doesn't include restocking these items.
It was wonderful to have access to many grills on the property, but many of them didn't work well. We were very impressed with how scrupulously clean they were, and we witnessed them being very extensively cleaned each day. This is very important to us since we deal with serious food allergies. I should also mention that the entire property was extremely clean and well-maintained.
We got a South facing unit on the outside of the building. The view was lovely, but there was a lot of road noise, including regular beeping of the backing up shuttle every time it visited the property. This bothered me more than I expected.
Also strange to me was the highchairs they offer are a standard height, which isn't really compatible with the bar-height table in the kitchen. I'm surprised they don't have booster-style high chairs instead.
Having access to the pools at the Westin Ocean Villas next door was nice, though I thought the pools at the Nanea were better for our younger kids. The pirate pool at the Villas was a hit with our kids.
The property says they don't offer late checkout, but they let us check out at noon! I'm not sure this is where I would choose with just my spouse, but it is perfect for families!

Beautiful property in west Maui.
This vacation resort is absolutely wonderful! New, clean with an amazing view of the ocean. Boardwalk running behind resort is an added benefit for a little exercise. Cory was an exceptional host. If you're trying to find an all-around excellent resort from which to base your Maui vacation, this is definitely the place!! We can't wait to go back!!

Simply paradise!
Westin Nanea is a stunning property on the most beautiful beach. Apartments are spacious and brand new, very comfortable. Snorkeling in front of the resort is magic with green turtles close by daily. We loved every second! Thanks so much!

Why they chose this property
I’ve traveled the world and never found a more tranquil, beautiful place to live. For 20 years in a row Maui has been voted the #1 island in the world by Condé Nast Travelers Readers’ Choice Awards.
What makes this property unique
The island is filled with so many fine dining options: Mama’s Fish House, Haliimaile General Store, Mala, Fleetwood’s on Front Street, and many more! Or save by stopping at Wal-Mart near the airport. They keep their prices the same in Hawai’i as on the mainland so you can stock up. Hit Sav-Way near there or in Lahaina for meat, fresh fish, and vegetables and cook meals in the room or the grills by the pools.
