OCEAN FRONT | POOL! Walk to the Beach! 3 KING BEDS

Summary:

The best ocean views! Our home is located in a family-friendly, gated community with 30 acres of ocean-front property and a private security guard! Our waterfront home features 3 rooms. Two bedrooms are master suites with Cali-King beds and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a 3rd-floor space/bedroom, with ocean views, another king bed and queen bed! This 3rd floor is up loft-ladder stairs (photos provided).



The Neighborhood:

Quiet family community. Only 1 mile from the busy and fun famous Front Street Lahaina with a plethora of shopping, activities, and restaurants!



Getting Around:

It's recommended to rent a car to see all of what Maui has to offer, however, it is not necessary with other options such as Uber, walking or bikes.



Other Things to Note:

Our home is in Lahaina, near where the August 2023 fires were. We are technically in what they classify as the "burn zone" but all hazardous materials are cleaned up. There are many restaurants, activities and places to shop just 15min drive to the north in Ka'anapali and another 10min north is Kapalua. Our home is in a very private and quite oasis! It's beautiful!

Well I’m not sure if I want the secret to get out but this place is magic. We made great family memories here. If the constant sound of waves and abundant palm trees lowers your stress level, then this is the place for you!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The view can not be beat. The grassy area and beach right in front were perfect. It’s a very pleasant 15 minute walk into Lahaina.

Exceptional Property and Responsive Host!

I would definitely come back. The location was great for easily getting around the island.. The property was well-equipped. The Host was very responsive. When the host said available 24/7, they really meant it. Perfect for a family stay!There is some road noise but was not intrusive. The pool was small, but we never used it because there was too much else to do.

Great Property

Everything met our expectations. The property was very well appointed and as advertised. The check in process was very easy. Close to Lahaina (grocery store and Front Street. Views/sunset from the townhouse were spectacular! Would definitely recommend this property.

Everything was perfect! The welcome surprises to Kevin’s responsiveness. Whales breaching by the dozens, on most days, could be viewed from our lanai. Our stay was spectacular.

Perfect fit for our family, very safe and absolutely beautiful. The gated community was friendly and it was nice having the beach so close. The views are best I’ve ever experienced. Kevin was the perfect host and easy to communicate with with. He always quickly responded.

Puamana visit

Great location and nice house, very close to both neighbors and not a lot of privacy outside. Lots of road noises! The plumber had to come to clean the drains and the downstairs flooded one evening. Air conditioning worked great.

Fantastic Location

The location is amazing, right on the beach, walking distance to Lahaina. Just imagine going to bed and waking up to the crashing waves. The views are wonderful. We even got to watch a few whales during our stay. It's a great property for family or friends, with or without kids. The property had all of the amenities you need, was clean and well maintained. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to everything without all of the resort noise and hussle n bussle.

Paradise!

Kevin was such a wonderful host! He provided us with so much info prior to our arrival, checked in via text with us during our stay, and made sure to connect with us after check out to ensure our stay was seamless. The property was very clean and was the perfect space for our family. Super close to Front St, Whalers Village, and Kapalua. Would definitely rent the townhouse again!! Wowie Maui

The only way to sum up our stay was WOW. Maui did not disappoint. The town house was everything we were expecting and more. Kevin was awesome to deal with and answered my multiple questions in a very timely matter. We had one issue which was dealt with in minutes. The views are absolutely stunning and pictures cannot do it justice. We saw whales from the lanai and were able to see a baby breach multiple times during our whale watching excursion. Cannot wait to get back to this piece of paradise.

Great Property and Great Host!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property, the beachfront access and the beautiful sunsets right from our lanai. The home was well stocked upon our arrival with cooking/utensils/etc, beach gear, and even a great welcome package of wine, chocolate, and local Hawaiian treats. We were also really grateful for Kevin as the host. He made sure we had all we needed especially that first day. He was easy to get a hold of when a small issue came up. And was willing to work with us upon our departure time even though we didn't need it. That type of hospitality is greatly appreciated! This is a perfect stop for the family getaway in Lahaina!

Oceanfront Bliss

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo from the moment you walk in and experience the open kitchen layout that spills out into the patio that offers panoramic ocean view with Lana'i on the horizon. We also enjoyed the hammock amongst the coconut trees and a few games of Boci on the front lawn. The complex has 3 pools with one located right on the ocean near the popular surf spot called "pools" - where we had fun watching the surfers. The main bedroom on the second floor opens up to a patio with lounge chairs where the view is even more spectacular than the first floor. The tropical breeze was refreshing as was the air conditioning throughout the unit. This unit is only minutes from shopping on Front Street and Safeway is close and convenient for groceries. We hope to stay here again in the near future. Mahalo for the wonderful staycation for our family.

Perfect location for our family!

We planned our first trip to Maui to celebrate a few big milestones in our family. Not knowing much about the area in advance, I can't tell you how happy we were with this property and location. The condo and its community were well-kept and absolutely stunning. The condo offered more than enough space for our family of five (3 teens) and was fully stocked in every single aspect. We spent so much time on the lanai, there was a perfect breeze and a gorgeous view. A great variety of restaurants and shopping are nearby (walkable or quick drive). In addition, the caretaker of the property, Kevin, was key to our vacation. He was always quick to respond to my many questions in preparation and offered a full guide for activities, dining, and shopping. I would not have been able to navigate all of our plans without him, and we were so happy with his suggestions. He also made himself available for questions throughout our stay, as well. We would return to this property 100%!

Perfect getaway!

We are so glad we chose to stay at this home for our trip with our kids (12 and 10) and my 75-year old in-laws. We loved having a spacious townhome to spread out in versus a resort hotel room or 2 smaller units in the high rise building we’ve always stayed at in Kihei in the past. Having two large patios/deck, the yard to play/sit in and being steps from the beach was fantastic — no waiting for elevators, no lugging stuff all over the place, just easy! Watching whales play from the deck while the kids played in the grass was awesome. Beds were all comfy and plenty of hot water when we were all getting ready for dinner back to back. Kitchen was well stocked, very convenient placement of laundry near the bedrooms. We only used the AC the first night (cooled quickly), and then we went with windows/screens open with no issues staying cool (end of March). We loved being so close to Front Street as we had quite a few planned excursions leaving out of the Lahaina harbor and had an easy time of hopping into restaurants before/after without reservations. Having beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler at the townhouse was great for beach days. Plenty of beach towels too! Instructions from host were super clear and communication was easy/responsive when we had questions. As with any location on Maui, make sure you give yourself PLENTY of time to get to the airport or any planned/paid activities south/east of Lahaina - while uncommon, accidents can cause major backups.

Excellent in all regards

Beautiful setting in gated community, minutes away from “downtown” Lahaina. Kevin, our property manager could not have been nicer or more service oriented. From leaving a thoughtful welcome basket that greeted us upon arrival to providing recommendations for dinner or activities, Kevin was always available but never intrusive. The accommodations were perfect for our family getaway with a well-appointed kitchen and waterfront views of Lanai outside the rear sliding doors of our condo. We look forward to returning in the future!
