Create memories in this unique space that is suitable for families. Single family house part of a safe housing complex located right across the shore with access to a small organised beach.
The house has 2 floors, raised ground floor and airy - sunny semi-basement connected with a contemporary spiral staircase. It is fully furnished with all the necessary electric equipment included. 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is also a nicely decorated veranda that leads to a beatiful patio with a pergola and a traditional brick barbeque available for grilling. Parking is common for the house complex.

The Location
This is an ideal location just a few miles from Volos downtown and many traditional summer and winter destinations of mountain Pelion. You will have access to public transportation and local stores and restaurants at walking distance.

We had a lovely stay in Platanidia. The location was perfect, right in front of the water and close to our friends. The apartment was spacious. Communication with host was easy and great. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it!
