The Takis house is located above the holiday resort of Kala Nera and can be reached by car within five minutes. This beautiful villa is quietly and secluded on the slopes of the Pelion Mountains. The house offers many amenities on 3 floors. From the balcony on the top floor you have a breathtaking view of the Pagasitic Gulf. The outdoor areas offer an absolute relaxing atmosphere with shady areas, a barbecue area, a small pool and an outdoor shower. German television is available in the house via satellite.
Kala Nera as a holiday resort offers a variety of shopping opportunities, restaurants and cafés. The beach is free to use and day trips by boat can also be booked from the pier.

Einfach nur wunderbar

Dieses zauberhafte Haus thront am Hang auf halber Höhe inmitten von Olivenhainen mit herrlichem Blick auf den Pagasitischen Golf. Jeden Morgen haben wir auf dem überdachten Balkon gefrühstückt und die Sonne und den Ausblick genossen, abends hat uns ein Feuer im Ofen des gemütlichen Küchen- und Wohnbereichs gewärmt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war super sauber und angenehm. Wir danken auch den herzlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern Wiebke und Carsten für den tollen Empfang und die vielen Tipps. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen, gerne auch wieder im Frühling wenn alles im Garten blüht. Vielen Dank für dieses Paradis, dass ihr mit uns geteilt habt!

Superschönes großes Haus mit allem was man so braucht. Wunderschöne Aussicht.

Es war wunderschön in dem Haus. Auch die Gegend war super. Nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, dann waren wir schon am Strand in Kala Nera. Wir wurden auch super empfangen und wir wurden zum Haus begleitet und es wurde uns ausführlich alles gezeigt. Der Preise war auch echt super.
