Casa Kiki was the perfect house for a wonderful family vacation. It's even more beautiful than the photos.There were many comfortable areas where our family of 10 could all sit together and the pool and hot tub were great. The cleaner Rossel did an excellent job of making the house spotless and Sandra responded quickly to any questions we had. The big well stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and there are good restaurants nearby if you want to eat out. The location is excellent. A very short walk to the beach and a nice level walk into town. We couldn't imagine a better place to stay for our family and highly reccommend Casa Kiki!

Casa Kiki was a lovely and well-kept retreat. We had some delays on arrival and Sandra was amazing at getting us in when we got into town. The house is gorgeous and the housekeeper does a wonderful job keeping it tidy and linens fresh. The pool is as beautiful and clean as it looks in the photos. We used the kitchen quite a bit (had a few stove challenges, but I always seem to in Sayulita) and parked 2 golf carts in the enclosure each night. Our group ranged from a 7-year-old to a 75-year-old, and it was an excellent fit for all of us. Highly recommend.

Awesome property. Rooms were nice and cool. The living space was nice but not cool. No TV, but we were totally happy without it. Laundry is only available when the maid is there, but she is willing to wash whatever you need. The pool was great.

Absolutely gorgeous and great location

This property in Sayulita is located in the quieter side, but still close to everything. It's fantastic for a group of 4 who want their own space with their own bathroom. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

Such a great team!!!! Absolutely the best. We arrived on Valentine’s Day. Sometimes a vacation rental does not look as good as the photos you see on booking. …. This was like a reality TV show. It could not have been more amazing! We are a family of 8 adults. This was our first time even flying into PV. I found the rental before we even decided where we were vacationing. …. From the very first communication with Tom and Lina and then Amanda! What a team! And add into that Sandra who welcomed us at arrival. Made recommendations for us. Esteban and Rossel. We were so grateful for you all! A three minute walk to the beach and a short walk down town. Our own pool when we just wanted to cool down at home. Enough space that we could be together but apart. You will not regret this choice! Book early before someone snags your spot!

Excellent location and super responsive host

Overall we had a lovely time in Sayulita, the house is huge, lots of space for everyone, super close to the beach and cute restaurants. A couple of small issues that the host and property manager took care of super quickly, which we really appreciated!

Great trip in Sayulita!!

We had an amazing time staying at Casa Kiki - there were ten of us and we fit perfectly. Great indoor and outdoor living space, lots of kitchen items, beach towels, etc. Location was perfect- a block away from the beach and a short walk to downtown. Downtown can be loud so it was great to be walkable but not be kept up at night. Thanks for everything!

Great location, beautiful house!

We were a group of four adults and three kids (ages 2, 5, and 8), and we had a fabulous time at Tom's house. The backyard pool was our hangout every afternoon, and we loved the proximity to the beaches and center of town. Honestly, for us, this was the perfect location. The house itself has great bedrooms (they all were lovely), great space. Tomas was responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. We highly recommend this property!

This house is better than described and the people who run it Thomas is amazing everything we asked for before we arrived. Was waiting for us food drivers at the airport golf cart at the house. You could ask for a better five star service. The house is wonderful. We're coming back to stay again.

We had a great time!

There were a group of us ladies celebrating some 40th birthdays and we had a great stay at Casa Kiki! The 8 of us fit very comfortably in the space. We really enjoyed the large kitchen, the large open pocket door to the backyard, the pool and the hot tub. Isa had great communication leading up to the trip and help us plan a lot of things and he also checked in with us during the trip to make sure things were going well. The location is also unbeatable - close walk to the town and beach but still removed enough for some peace and quiet. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in sunny Salyulita!!

The house was wonderful! It is a very cute and comfortable space with a great little pool in the yard! It is the perfect walking distance from the center of town and all of the restaurants, as well as the beach. The air conditioning in the rooms is wonderful, and the only thing that might help is one in the living room for when all the doors and windows are closed. The staff was excellent and helped coordinate our travel to and from Puerta Vallarta, made us some welcome salsa, as well as a private chef dinner that was absolutely delicious! I wpuld highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

Great Location

Casa Kiki is a nice place to stay. Isa met us upon check in which made arrival seamless. The kitchen was very well equipped. Kitchen, pool and bathroom towels were provided but not enough to exchange out mid week for 8 people. No cleaning services were provided without extra cost throughout the week, but this was noted in the description. With a party of 8 adults, garbage, recycling and other things started to add up by mid week. Overall the week was enjoyable.

Sayulita

The property looked like an architectural award winning property. Tomas was our property manager and was outstanding. Late in the evening one of my grandchildren had an ear infection and Tomas took our call and helped us get a clinic to see a doctor late at night. What ever issues came up, Tomas was right there helping us. One day he brought us mangos that grew on his mother's tree at her house. Great property and Great manager. I highly recommend this property.

Super relaxing

Casa Kiki was the perfect place to chill and relax for the week. My friends and I were wowed by how gorgeous it was and loved being in the quiet north side of town, a couple blocks away from the beach. There was a new house manager who was just learning the ropes, but he was super responsive to all of our questions and needs. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were a lovely break from the tropical humidity. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are cooled by ceiling fans and glass walls that slide open to the air. It's indoor/outdoor living at its best but if you are super sensitive to mosquito bites, bring bug spray.

Great Location

This location was perfect for access to the beach and walking around town. The home is clean, but we didn’t realize that the common areas did not have air conditioning, so it made our evening hang outs a little sweaty. It’s definitely NOT a big issue, it’s just something we had to adjust to. The pool is small, but PERFECT for young children, so it ended up being a bonus. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked and easy to store things in. Make sure to stock the freezer with ice because the fridge does not make drinks ice cold. Isa the property manager with very responsive and helped out with every question we had. Isa arranged our airport transportation and it was professional and easy!

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was comfortable, spacious and so close to everything. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly to every inquiry. If you are thinking of staying in Sayulita this place should definitely be on your list. I was actually hesitant to recommend it this much in case it wasn’t available next year

Wonderful stay

This house is absolutely wonderful! We were a group of 6 adults (booked for 8 but a couple had to cxl last minute). There is so much room in this house. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you could possibly need. The property is clean, beds are comfortable and the pool is amazing!! Was not a day that we didn't get in it, usually in the evening to cool off. This was a perfect home base for our group!! Now for Tomas!! He is so wonderful. We had him cook us a dinner and a breakfast and both were so delicious! He was there for us no matter what we needed. He booked our airport transportation, arranged our golf carts, taxis to San Pancho and so much more. He was always very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Sayulita!

Casa Kiki was a great place to stay in Sayulita. The location is perfect, pool was a joy to use in the heat, house is very comfortable and Tomas (property manager) is the BEST! We were in town for a wedding and had a wonderful time celebrating and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Casa Kiki is AMAZING

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Kiki. Tomas was great with communication and was waiting at the house for our arrival. He was so nice and willing to answer any questions we had. The space itself is gorgeous - stunning details in the staircase, showers and pool area. The house was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. We were provided with ample filtered water, beach essentials (umbrella, chairs, gold cart) and cooking items. A/C worked well and there were ceiling fans throughout the space. Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Great location - 3 min walk from the beach and close to a lot of great north end restaurants/cafes. Would recommend Casa Kiki to everyone! Hope to visit again soon :)

Perfect fit for our 2 families of 5

We were two families with a total of 6 kids ranging 3mo-7. Total 10 people. House was fantastic, perfect size with a bathroom attached to each. Pool and hot tub were perfect, clean, nice size, good temperature, floaties. Loved the large patio doors that could slide into the wall, making the entire first floor open to the outside. Walk to beach was two blocks. Going into town with kids we took the golf cart. It was a large golf cart so we all fit. Tom and Tomas are both very responsive to all questions and messages. Tomas set up everything for our arrival and departure and even got us some starter groceries. For families with small kids, the floor is concrete and slippery when wet. We made extra rules about getting completely dried off before coming in to avoid any spills. We didn't use the outdoor area on the third floor until the last day when the kids decided to do yoga. It was beautiful as well. So much to explore in Sayulita and house was great size and home base for our adventures.

Destination Wedding

This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It's in the perfect location and is extremely clean. My grandchildren were in the pool every morning at 7am. Tomas who runs this property was amazing we had him cook us 2 breakfast meals and it was extremely good. We will for sure come back here. We didn't want to come home. Thank you Tom and Tomas for an amazing family vacation home!

Amazing Home!!

Casa Kiki is amazing! From the second we walked in the door, we were blown away. The house is beautiful, so many architectural details on the interior. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. The location was great, two blocks from the beach, right around the corner from several cafes and shops and a short 10min walk to the plaza area. Also, Tomas is AMAZING, he was so helpful in booking several things during our stay, cooked us two delicious meals, and is just such a genuinely nice person. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay and I can’t wait to stay at Casa Kiki again soon! :)
