Villa Colina’s location is absolutely the best in Sayulita. It is located in the exclusive south-central area, on a little hill directly above Sayulita’s premier beach. Everything is no more than a 5-minute stroll. Town and the beach are a delightful 2-minute walk via a beautifully landscaped meandering pathway. Or rent a golf cart as a fun, easy way to get around the charming village of Sayulita.

The saline swimming pool is heated in the cooler months (generally between December and April). The pool features a wading area for the kids and is surrounded by delightful gardens and amazing ocean views. This sunny outdoor site with palapa living area will be a major gathering spot for everyone.

Villa Colina is perfect for an extended family or friend group, offering lots of private space between the Main House and Tower Wing.

THE MAIN HOUSE (2 Bedroom Suites)
In the main house you’ll find a lovely living room, fully supplied kitchen and dining room with folding glass walls that fully open up to the pool, garden and palapa. The king primary suite features a veranda sitting area with hammock and gorgeous ocean views as well as a very special bathroom with a 2-person outdoor tub and shower in a small private garden. The TV Room with Smart TV can be converted to its own private suite with a full bathroom. The foam couches are topped with a memory foam mattress topper to become a comfortable queen bed or two singles.

THE TOWER WING (2 bedrooms + Loft, 2 full bathrooms)
The Tower Wing is located just off the back of the Main House. The first floor king suite has a private veranda with amazing views of the ocean & town and its own full bathroom. You'll also find an additional single foam couch bed suitable for a child.

The second floor suite has a 20-foot ceiling and wonderful ocean, town, and mountain views from the exquisite veranda. On the main floor of this suite you’ll find a luxury king bed that can be converted to twin beds, a kitchenette, charming full bathroom, and a large veranda with a table and chairs, a couch, and awesome ocean and town views. Climb the staircase to a separate loft with a luxury queen bed. From the 2nd floor suite you have immediate access to the upper palapa with more ocean views.
All beds feature cozy memory foam mattresses and soft bamboo sheets. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.

Inside the house you will find every convenience including: high speed wifi with a mesh network throughout the property, whole house triple-filtered water for drinking (plus a U.S. commercial grade water filter under the kitchen sinks for added purity), Smart TV, separately controlled A/C in each room in the house, 2-person outdoor tub & shower in private garden, beautiful details throughout, wonderful collection of Mexican art. Villa Colina is solar powered.

GUEST INTERACTION
You will be well cared for at Villa Colina. Eva, the owner, will be in touch prior to arrival to coordinate your special requests. Our Property Manager Ernesto will welcome you to the house with a Happy Hour complete with fresh guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo, and some adult refreshments. Ernesto is available throughout your stay should you need anything. Our housekeeper Mari works hard to keep the house sparkling clean, daily except Sundays. She is also available for laundry service for a low-price of Mex$100 per load. Your pool will be cleaned daily except Sundays by our Gardener Marcelino. And our security guard Oscar provides piece of mind, dusk to dawn, just outside the street entrance gate.
