1C Waterside is a beautiful and bright 2-bedroom ground-floor apartment in the very heart of Praia da Luz. This south-facing home features a private paved garden and a lovely balcony with amazing sea views, making it a wonderful place to relax and eat outside. Situated just a short walk from the beach and town center. Guests also enjoy the benefit of free access to the swimming pool at the Luz Quarter, 50 m from the apartment.

Inside: 2 bright bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom in the hallway. The living and dining area is a large, comfortable room that leads directly onto the balcony.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.

Outdoors: A private paved garden and a sunny balcony with a stone dining table and clear views of the Atlantic Ocean.
