S kitchen with Indo wooden bar, two bedrooms (one with two 90 cm bunk beds, the second with a 140 cm bed ), bathroom with shower cubicle, separate toilet, cellar with washing machine and mezzanine open to living room with a 160 cm double bed. Enclosed land and out of sight of about 300 m². Large covered and uncovered wooden terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs for 6/8 people).

Vacances très agréables dans ce logement très bien aménagé et reposant. Logement extrêmement bien situé à proximité de la plage et des restaurants. La terrasse est un véritable havre de paix. Cuisine spacieuse avec de nombreux équipements.

Superbes vacances

Jolie maison tres bien placée près de la plage. 2 terrases dont une couverte pour optimiser soleil selon heure de la journée et/ou pluie. Tres pratique avec des enfants en bas age car propriété fermée. Seul petit point negatif: 1 seul WC pour la maison.

Formidable maison tout près de la plage

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable. La maison est très bien décorée et fournie. Les 2 terrasses sont accueillantes et propices à la détente ainsi qu’aux repas estivaux. L’accueil par Karen est excellent. Je recommande absolument

Maison très calme et très bien placée

Une très belle semaine dans cette maison très bien placée près de la plage et des commodités (poissonnerie, boulangerie, bars, restaurants, SPAR, manège, ...). On n'a pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine, garée devant la maison sans peine (et sans frais !) et on allait à la plage en quelques minutes à pieds, plusieurs fois par jour. La terrasse couverte est un lieu très agréable et la maison est cosy également avec un équipement complet, des literies et oreillers protégés par des sur-housses. Bonne procédure d'arrivée avec agence sérieuse, polie et ponctuelle. Quelques améliorations soumises en partant, notamment sur quelques équipements vétustes à remplacer (poêles, lave-vaisselle, plats, ...), mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer une excellente semaine à Moliets ! Une dernière suggestion : un petit livret d'accueil avec quelques détails sur les bonnes adresses, les villes alentours, l'emplacement des poubelles de tri, etc... serait un plus.
