House of residential area, welcoming, friendly, easygoing, with family or friends, spacious, open with large windows on a large terrace, pool, garden and flowers. BBQ, plancha, for meals near the pool; sunbathing, garden furniture, swing for sunbathing or relaxing ... This house offers the opportunity to live to 6 people in the first part and 5 people in the second. Each part is fully equipped. An interior corridor allows you to find, all together, on the large terrace that borders the pool. Sector 2 is particularly recommended for young children. Games are reserved for them (swing "3 in 1") and small house in the garden. Access to the pool is secured by a locked gate.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette maison dans un coin paisible et calme de Souston. La piscine chauffée est un atout important, et de multiples options pour se reposer confortablement autour de celle-ci. Accueil chaleureux, cuisine très bien équipée, plancha pratique pour la cuisine d’été. Prévoir anti moustique pour profiter de l’extérieur sans tracas. Pas si simple de se projeter avec les photos de l’annonce mais il y a trois chambres. Celle à l’étage est très grande avec terrasse mais à noter que c’est un canapé-lit qui n’a pas le même confort si vous êtes sensible à ça. Globalement un bon choix que nous recommandons.

We hebben het erg fijn gehad. Alles is aanwezig. Alleen jammer voor onze zoon dat de voetbaltafel er niet meer was. Die was eerder kapot gegaan. Fijn zwembad en heerlijke tuin met zon en schaduwplekken om te zitten.

Der große Pool war definitv das Highlight!Die Ausstattung im Haus war sehr gut - besonders die elektrische La Plancha, mit der man sehr gut draußen kochen konnte.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und mit Lorena, die uns alles gezeigt hat, konnten wir auch zwischendurch unkompliziert kommunizieren.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Pool. Relativ ruhig gelegen. Die Küche ist sehr gug ausgestattet. Guter Außengrill vorhanden.Lidl und Lerclerc sowie einige ausgezeichnete Bäckereien sknd in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In der Umgebung sind tolle Radwege, auch zu den Stränden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Un super séjour dans une maison bien situé pas loin du centre de Soustons et très bien équipée avec cafetière en grain bbq plancha et piscine. Idéal pour 2 couples et des enfants. Chaque famille peut avoir sa salle de bain et son espace. On reviendra

Villa confortable bien équipée mais environnement très décevant à proximité d’une route départementale très fréquentée et surtout chantier avec nuisances sonores très désagréables , grues et tronçonneuses à béton toute la journée chantiers ininterrompus toute la saison estivale !!! Malgré une requête auprès de la mairie

Bonnes nouvelles pour " ce chantier " !!! Le lotissement est terminé depuis novembre 2023. Les espaces verts ont été plantés. La vie s'est organisée. Petit historique: La route dont il est question (qui n'est pas celle qui passe devant la maison) longeait des terres agricoles cultivées. Le fermier, arrivé à l'âge de la retraite, a vendu ses terres. Pas de difficultés pour lui. La pression immobilière est forte. La ville de Soustons jouit d'atouts incontestables de part sa situation sur la Côte Sud des Landes... plage océane, lac marin, d'eau douce, étangs, vastes forêts, pistes cyclables ( Voie Verte ), activités sportives très variées, festives, culturelles..... La ville de Soustons est devenue très attractive pour de nouveaux résidents et de nombreux touristes. Pas étonnant donc que cette route, appelée " Route des Lacs " soit particulièrement fréquentée surtout pendant les périodes touristiques... A noter que cette route permet l'accès au centre commercial proche où l'on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin (avis unanime des vacanciers avant leur départ ) Belle région... à découvrir...et à aimer !

Très bon séjour dans la maison de Monique ! La maison correspond à la description et la propreté est assurée. Magnifique jardin et piscine chauffée, TOP !!! Monique est une hôtesse fort sympathique et très accueillante. Tout est prévu pour passer de bonnes vacances avec les commerces à proximité et quelques kilomètres des plages. Et tous les équipements pour faire de la cuisine en extérieur. Nous reviendrons très probablement à SOUSTONS.

Hemos tenido una estancia agradable. La casa cumple con todo lo anunciado: una piscina bastante grande con espacio en el exterior para descansar tranquilamente. La cocina, sala y habitaciones cumplen con todo lo necesario. Alrededores muy tranquilos.

Accueil très agréable, Monique est une personne très sympathique, serviable et dévouée pour ses hôtes. La maison est spacieuse, ustensiles cuisine et vaisselle de bonne qualité et il y a tout le nécessaire.
