All of the surfaces in our POSHPADZ Properties are cleaned with Anti-virus cleaners which kill 99.9% of viruses for 24 hours. Our brand new "Sandpiper Villa" is a luxury 2 bed 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) located 600 meters from the sand of Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the ground floor and offers a large outdoor patio which abuts Carlin Beach Park which is located just across from Jupiter Beach. This property has a large 65" smart TV in the living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms. Free wifi and cable of course. The community offers a heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court and racquetball court. This property has been renovated & designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team. There is even a George Foreman Grill on the patio! The Master Suite offers a luxurious King size bed and flat screen TV, and there is an equally comfortable Guest Suite which offers a Queen size bed . The unit sleeps 6 with a sleeper sofa in the living room. You cant beat the prime location, as it is a short walk across Carlin Park to the sands of Jupiter Beach, and there are a wide variety of excellent restaurants & shops just minutes from your front door!

We loved visiting Jupiter as this was our first time. The condo was great and matched the description in the rental listing. Gina was awesome and went above and beyond in making our visit exceptional. The location was perfect. Your backyard is essentially Carlin Park and just minutes from the beach as well as Dubois Park. We highly recommend POSHPADZ managed rentals. The only negative is that our vacation was too short. We will definitely rent again when we return again to Jupiter.

Our stay at Sandpiper Villa - April 12-18, 2025

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, very clean. The patio was great. It was close to heated pool and to Jupiter Beach. We were provided with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. We couldn't have asked for more. Booking and check-in were a breeze. Would stay there again.

The condo exceeded our expectations! The proximity to everything was such a plus. The property manager was excellent as well. The beach and Carlin were a short distance from the unit. Would absolutely stay here again looking forward to coming back !

Beautiful condo in a great area

Our family had a great time in Jupiter and in this condo. The condo is gorgeous and outfitted with everything we needed. We had a super short walk to the beach and could walk to restaurants and shops too. We opted to rent bikes from Jupiter Bike rental (highly recommend!) and they delivered bikes and helmets to our door. We enjoyed biking around the area. We explored the beaches, rented a boat for a day to explore the inlet and visited Loggerhead Marine Institute. It was a perfect long weekend in Florida in a beautiful condo!

Great week in Jupiter

Cardinals Spring Training and beach vacation for Spring Break. So many great things to say about this place. 1. So close to the beach. The complex's backyard, literally, is Carlin Park. A 6 minute walk to the beach (timed it, with kids). Entrance to the beach is right by Loggerhead Cafe, a great place to purchase lunch to have on the beach. Nice sandbar for the kids to play in the Ocean, and several rockier areas (well marked) for some snorkelling. Saw dozens of fish. 2. Great amenities. With baseball and the beach, never made it to the pool (which looked nice). Beach towels and chairs provided. Linens and beds were great. The pull-out couch is super-comfy and the kids fought over who got to sleep there. Flat-screens in every room. Kitchen had everything you'll need. 3. Bathrooms. Well-lit with great showers. 4. Nice patio. Large out-door sofa with enough room to rinse off beach stuff. 5. Washer-dryer not huge, but enough to not have to pack for all 7 days. 6. Huge closets to store everyone's suitcases out of the way. We'd definitely stay here again!!
