Luxury 3 BR/2 BA retreat with heated private pool and hot tub close to the beach

Newly refurnished and redecorated house in a quiet community located on the Intracoastal Waterway. Enjoy the outdoor with the private heated pool and spa, hammock, ttiki hut and Bbq located on a quiet and zen backyard (mosquito controled).
3/4 mile from the beach and Seminole golf course, located conveniently off of PGA Blvd and all the shops and restaurants.
Our house offers 3 oversized bedrooms and 2 full bath (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins + 1 Queen inflatable bed + 2 baby cribs). Sleeps for 6 adults + 2 kids
The living room has a sectional sofa (8/10 seats) with a wide flat screen + home theater system + ipod dock + cable tv + wireless internet.
Laminated floor in the whole house.
Florida room with 8 seats dining table.
Outdoor 10 seats table and big BBQ-
Trailer boat park and garage.

Pets considered on demand. The tenant will be asked for name, address and phone number to complete the booking. 3 exterior security cameras directed towards the street and not the interior of the property for your protection. Privacy guaranteed (no access to the interior or the backyard). Can be disabled on request.
