Delightful property with wonderful views

We enjoyed a wonderful restful stay at Acorn Barn. The hosts were very helpful and available if needed. A very comfortable property in peaceful surroundings with wonderful views. Would love to return

A peaceful break

We had a week of beautiful scenery and lovely walks. Acorn barn is a great way to wind down and relax. The owner greeted us and made us feel very welcome and even had a bed for our dog. There are a few nice pubs for lunch nearby - The Farriers Arms is recommended and The Woolpack. We would definitely come back!

The perfect little spot to escape from the city

We spent 2 nights at Acorn Barn and wished we'd booked an extra night or 2! The location and views are perfection and we instantly felt relaxed and at home. As a last minute escape from the city during a hot spell it was everything we hoped for and more! Just a couple of thoughts - being in a rural location, regular sweeps for cobwebs (which we know can return quickly!) would be good as nobody likes spiders :) and a small pot for toothbrushes would be handy! We'll definitely be back! Thank you
