About the host
Hosted by Carlo Gasparini
I am the owner and manager of the property. During summer we rent the property but I am always available by phone to guests. Every day in the farm there is a worker for any request or need. We appreciate and welcome any request before renting the property
Why they chose this property
We find this property for a pure chance, but it was a sign of the destiny. Me and my wife liked the secluded atmosphere, the great views ranging kilometers up tp Giglio islands and ultra centennial olive trees. We felt that we had a task to preserve this pristine nature and relaunch a farm that had been abandoned for many years. We planted vineyards and new olive trees and we decided to restore the original casale using only local materials and renewable energy.
What makes this property unique
We hope that guests will share our same love for a quiet place, contact with nature and a relaxing environment. It is not unusual to see in the property hares, foxes, deers, porcupine and so on. The home is very comfortable and is just great for large group of guests: plenty of space and large common areas, a large kitchen which is always in italian home the centre of family life. The home is furnished with many antique pieces of furniture coming from other country homes of our families, nevertheless the place is a farm and does not pretend to be a luxury villa
