Whether you're visiting for the beach, work, or a relaxing break by the sea, this modern flat offers a comfortable and convenient place to stay.



The Space:

Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

This includes:

• Two comfortable bedrooms (one king bed and one small double)

• A modern living and dining area

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Bathroom and all essential amenities

The apartment is completely self-contained, allowing guests to enjoy the space privately whether visiting for a short break, work trip, or longer stay.

Check-in is simple and convenient with self-check-in available, so guests can arrive at a time that suits them. Full check-in instructions will be provided before arrival.

Other Things to Note:

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.



- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.



- LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required.



At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £40 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
