Gorgeous 3500 sf riverfront home on 3 lush acres with tropical landscaping. You will have use of the private dock and lift and can boat from our place out to the Gulf. This one of a kind brick ranch style home is perfect for those that value privacy, love the water, enjoy gardens, and desire space inside and out. Traditional style one story home has enough space to host a larger family or group. There are 2 ensuites with beautiful private baths (4 total bedrooms), 2 living areas (one has queen sized sofa bed), 2 eating areas inside, one outside) heated pool and jacuzzi with lovely very large screened in area overlooking the river. There are a total of 5 big screen smart televisions. The beauty of the Little Manatee River is nicely captured from many rooms inside the house through lots of windows. One of the master suites has its very own private sitting room and a very large marble bathroom with a large jetted soaker tub, makeup desk, double sinks with quartz countertops and a large marble shower. All beds throughout the house get raving reviews for comfort.

You will enjoy gorgeous sunrises as well as sunsets over the river. You may see dolphins, manatee, tropical birds, jumping fish, and other wildlife from the master bedroom, family room, breakfast nook, pool area, or while sitting on the dock. The dining area has an electric fireplace for a relaxing ambiance. The French doors lead to a wonderful outdoor Mecca with a lovely heated pool and jacuzzi, both with waterfalls, multiple seating areas, a large eating area, a gas fire pit, and a very nice large gas grill. There is a long palm lined ashphalt driveway with lovely tropical landscaped yard and beautiful night time lighting, suitable for royalty. We have 3 kayaks and one paddle board you can launch onto the river. This is a perfect place for the fisherman, outdoor lover, boater, and nature seeker. Many memories will be made here. You will not be disappointed in this truly beautiful Florida property...bound to surpass your expectations, guests frequently say the photos truly don’t do justice to this amazong one of a kind place. Beds sleep 8 plus a sofa bed for 2 additional sleepers.

The property is lovely with beautiful landscaping. The view of the river is amazing. The hosts were very accessible and have tried to think of everything. The pool and lanai were spectacular and a special feature of the home. We had a great time relaxing and catching fish (right from the dock).

Had a great week, with lots of pool time, fishing from the dock, and multiple dolphin sightings. Even caught some blue crab in the trap!!! The house was great and the ac was cold!!! Enjoyed the large master bedroom and bath. Jackie and Bob answered our questions with a quick response even when they were on an Alaskan cruise.

Pictures dont do justice to this gem, it is located on the water with a spectacular view every room was superb and all beds were reported comfortable. Great lanai and pool area, great place to entertain. Quiet neighborhood gracious hosts let us check in early, everything was exceptional.

Every person in our group of 6 loved this property inside and out! We spent the majority of our time in the large, comfortable, private lanai. The pool was wonderful and warm. If you truly want the best vacation, you need to stay here. The owners have thought of everything. The home has the perfect one level layout..tons of room for family and friends...pool area has a nice grill and plenty more entertaining space and being right on the river...you just can't beat it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home in Ruskin. There was plenty of room for everyone to visit, eat, sleep, and relax. Swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock were highlights for our family. And the views are amazing! We saw dolphins pass by twice in our week long stay. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. We are already discussing staying again next year!

This amazing property is a slice of heaven! Everything you need at your fingertips! From relaxing to fishing off the pier to swimming in the pool, our family enjoyed every moment! If you are a fisherman, we caught sting ray, shark, snapper, catfish, lady fish, and a few other species! Dolphin almost everyday! Highly recommend for family fun!! Beautiful, Secluded Home with Plenty of Fun

House and hosts very accommodating. House well appointed, with all the extras. Pool was a huge hit with kids, and I enjoyed fishing and kayaking from the dock. Traveled with parents and kids, and plenty of space and options for activities for all. Location was good for a quiet get-away. We drove over to Universal for a day, and also rented boats from a nearby beach. Hosts were superb to work with.
