This one of only three Two Bedroom Suite Condos at the Purple Parrot Village Resort in Perdido Key, Florida making it highly desirable!! This vacation home features a split master suite floor plan, each bedroom with a queen size bed, making it the idea setup for a couple’s get-away!! Perhaps you are looking to celebrate a special anniversary, to splurge a bit on your vacation, or just have a little more room than a standard Two Bedroom Villa has to offer which are a little smaller… whatever your reason, we are sure that you will want to return to this Purple Parrot Resort condo several times each year! | | The living room has been furnished with a wall-mounted 43 inch flat-screen television, DVD player, wifi connection and sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have a queen bed, flat-screen television, full private bathroom and veranda. The kitchen has been fully equipped to cook a gourmet meal and the dining table has seating for six. The vacation home will accommodate a group of up to 6 people including all adults and children. Certain parts of the year require a minimum number of nights to be booked online. If you are having difficulties booking your reservation, or do not find any available properties that meet your vacation criteria, please feel free to call our office and we will do our best to accommodate your vacationing needs. Perfect week!

We loved our stay at this location. I have 2 boys (ages 11 & 13) and they loved being steps away from the pool. We enjoyed the 4th of July party at the Purple Parrot and then watching fireworks on the beach! The house is great with everything you need. The house was still a bit dirty when we arrived (sticky stuff on floor, chips under table, hair in master bath drains) but I cleaned it and let the property manager know. Just looks like they were in a hurry. Loved having beach chairs and minutes away from the beach. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This condo is fantastic and beautifully decorated. It is the cleanest one we've stayed in at the Purple Parrot (we've stayed in 2 others besdides this one). It had everything we needed. The couch is nice and comfy. The bathroom in the master is awesome, and has double shower heads, which is nice. The condo itself is set back a bit, which gives a bit of privacy. The porch is also very nice and has a porch swing and fans. The one and only thing that i didnt love was the bed in the master bedroom. It wasn't uncomfortable, but it's kinda weird. It feels like a king-size cot. When I first got in, it felt like it was going to close up on me. It didn't, of course, but that's what i thought at first. After you get used to that, it's pretty comfy. The refrigerator in the kitchen has an ice maker, which is a nice extra, and there is also a Keurig coffe machine, which most condo do not have. The pool and tiki bar with live music are AWESOME and they are why we go to the Purple Parrot every year. If you're trying to decide which condo to stay in, stay here. You won't regret it.

Nice and cozy condo

Great location only minutes from the beach, nice pool and sand volleyball area, even has an indoor pool. Condo was clean and spacious, enclosed front porch was nice when it rained. Overall a great spot and we will definitely come back again

Purple parrot

This was in a great location. It was close to the beach, but if you want to stay in you can relax by the pool. It's away from the craziness of orange beach and gulf shores, but close enough if you want to visit.

The property was not as clean as it could be. There was dust balls on the floor, it looked like someone had gotten sick in one of the bathrooms and did not get it totally cleaned up. There was sand in one for the bedrooms and the drain in the bath tub in one of the bedrooms id not drain very well. One of the glasses had lipstick on it.

Need to fire cleaning team

The place was not clean at all . Hair was everywhere. This place needs a deep cleaning. I did notify the management team they offered to send someone over but my wife had already clean the floors. Very unfortunate you pay these high prices and cleaning fees then you still have to deal with filthy place. The property outside the house was fantastic.

Purple Parrot Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Purple Parrot Resort is a nice place to go to relax and have a good Vacation. The pool is excellent and the Tiki hut is a Great Selling point. The Tiki Hut with its food and live band and drinks makes this resort worth going. The unit that we stayed in was in a great location and very big inside. it would not hurt to have it updated inside but it was still a great place to stay. I would like to buy the unit myself if available.

Perfect family vacation!

Highly recommend! The pool area was awesome! Food and drinks poolside from the tiki bar. Our daughter loved the waterfall at the pool. My brother enjoyed karaoke at the tiki bar. The condo was spacious and clean. This was a nice place to stay for a family vacation
