Remodeled 2025 North Myrtle Beach sports and recreation center is five minutes away. Affordable condo in gated community, with one King plush bed in master bedroom with its own entrance to the screen porch and private bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen size bed with triple dresser. enjoy fishing on the Inter-coastal waterway and surf fishing on the beach. Enjoy grilling and picnic tables available for your stay on property. There are two pools and one hot tub for guest to use. Minutes from the beach, shopping, dining, golfing and tourist venues. Condo has washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, oven, toaster, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender and Keuia brewer. Condo also has two 32" tv's in bed rooms and 52” in living room, iron and ironing board and blow dryer.
NO golf carts, motorcycles or trailers allowed. Neighborhood is on Intercoastal Waterway; short walk from condo. Condo is not on Waterway. 2 grill areas are on premises

NO PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO! NO SMOKING !

Hidden gem!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Close to stores, restaurants and of course the beach! Just hidden enough away you don’t get the hustle and bustle. Gated community with pools, one just right outside the screened in patio.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend staying in this family friendly condo community. The condo is nice and clean and is in close proximity of everything (i.e. restaurants, shops, and beaches). My 8 y/o had a blast especially because the pool was 100 yards from our door. Betty was very easy to contact and was always accommodating. I would definitely BOOK staying here again.

I enjoyed staying at this place. Property was nice. Only complaint is that fans were a little dusty and I would have liked the beds to be made (comforter was on the bed but we had to put the sheets on the bed). Also, every kitchen item needed was available, which was great for us as I tend to cook on vacation. There were also extra bathroom supplies. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. Location was also great - close to stores, restaurants and beach. Betty is a great host and was very responsive to questions in a prompt manner.

Safe and Clean!

Although the property is 30 minutes away from most MB attractions, it was in a safe environment. I’ll gladly drive a little each day to know my family is safe at night. The pool was directly in front of the condo, which was convenient. It seemed smaller than the picture, but it was still plenty big for the neighborhood. The condo was on the first floor and fully stocked with everything we needed. The property owner was easy to work with. My family will keep this listing flagged for future visits.

Really great place

Reserved thru VRBO and process and email communication was AWESOME. Rating a 4 because the instructions were to use a gate code that would contact owner and they would call with entry, but never heard from anyone. Just happens that someone leaving scanned us in. Could’ve been that this resident was sent to let us in , not sue, but still never received any communication. Would’ve liked the opportunity to check in earlier as condo was available and we had a 3 plus hour drive. Everything else was exactly as portrayed. Would still reserve again.
