4500 South Ocean Blvd. , North Myrtle Beach, SC. This updated 1000 sq. ft. condo (bedroom hardwood floors and new paint throughout) is available for rental. It has a working elevator. Its 2 queen size beds and queen sleeper sofa sleep a total of 6. Updated kitchen with granite counters, new refrigerator, new floor and door fronts. The kitchen & dining areas are equipped with dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, range, breakfast bar, ceiling fan and microwave. The unit also includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron & board, heating & air conditioning. Other features include a balcony off living room & one off the master bedroom, WIFI, 2 cable televisions, DVD player. There is a beach view and children’s pool.
Shorewalk is only minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theater, Pirates Voyage, New Wonder Works museum for the kids and many other shows. Lots of shopping is available at the 2 Tanger Malls, Bass Pro Shop and Coastal Grand Mall, and the new Market Commons just a short drive away. If eating-in is your thing, lots of grocery stores are nearby and this unit offers a fully equipped kitchen w/ all major & small appliances, pots & pans, silverware and glassware. No motorcycles are allowed and there are 2 parking spaces for each unit.

My husband two teenagers and myself loved our stay! The short walk to the beach was a definite plus. The condo was very comfortable. Any questions I had about the property were answered quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and space

The condo was perfect for my family. Easy access to the beach which was not overly crowded. Close to food and outlets. Very clean. Added bonus it had wagon to take items to the beach. Great communication with owners who were great to get right back to me with questions.

Lovely place for a little getaway

Cozy home with excellent location to beach. Helpful beach and home amenities so you don't have to pack so much. Clean and well cared for, quiet neighbors. Family environment outside of the much busier central MB locations. Made for a peaceful and relaxing time at the beach for our family of five. Would definitely recommend!

This was a blind pick for us. We never stayed in Myrtle Beach before and the location to restaurants and the beach was great. Everything was great the pool was kind of “iffy”, but the pool was not our priority. Will stay here again when we visit.

Truly a home away from home!

This condo is beautiful, well-kept, clean, and so loved by the owners. The location is perfect - 1 block to the beach with many beach accessories included for your use. Barefoot Landing, grocery stores, shopping and restaurants are all within a mile. Will definitely return.

Beautiful home away from home

This condo is the best place we have ever stayed! The location is right across from the beach. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We had Everything we needed to survive the week. The owners are the sweetest people. They even called to see how things were going. We will always try to book this condo when we stay at Myrtle Beach!!

Perfect!!!!

This rental was perfect for what we needed. It was beautiful, clean, and well furnished (even has chairs, umbrella, boggy boards and wagon to take to the beach) It is located just across the street from beach so very easy walk without having to pay the high costs for being on the beach, plus we could rent if for a partial week! Owner was extremely nice and easily reachable. We will definitely rent it again!

My family and friends Myrtle Beach Trip

This this place was absolutely amazing, very close to the beach i mean right out the door and a few steps and your at the beach. Location was perfect surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, and malls. The place had everything you would need for your stay. Very nice family, made contact to make sure everything was ok and very reasonable pricing. I will definitely book again my family and myself very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you again.

Everything was easy

We really loved staying here! Everytbing was easy. The owners were super quick to respond, and the checkout list of tasks was really small! It's across the street from the beach, but the street was never very busy, so crossing with kids and a wagon was a breeze. Also, where we accessed the beach wasn't in front of a high rise that reserves the high rises that charge to reserve unbrellas up front while everyone else has an obstructed ocean view!

Great Place!

Everything was exactly as described in the condo when we arrived. Very clean, with plenty of towels and washcloths, which is always a plus for us. They were amazing to supply beach chairs in great condition, a large umbrella AND a wagon to take all those things easily to the beach. And the condo is super close to ocean front which is even nicer. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely book again. And as a side note, the owner called me on the first day to check to make sure everything was good. I thought that was a sweet touch. Thank you so much!

This was a home. It was beautifully decorated and had a very homey touch. The only downside was the living room furniture. Everything was too low and hard for our Golden Girl vacation. The pool was very small and went from 3 feet to 4 1/2 feet. We didn't mind, but other might find this a negative. Joan and Martha were very responsive and nice to communicate with when we had a couple minor issues.

We loved the condo and the closeness to the beach. The pool is tiny, but the kids played there for hours and had a great time. There was a problem with checkout based on a dishonest assessment of the property by the cleaning person. The owner assumed it was true before asking us about it. We were able to prove it was false and received an apology. Although the place itself is fantastic, we won't be back due to the way we were treated by the owner and the dishonesty of the cleaning person.

We live in Rochester, MN; John is a Minnesota native; Martha is a North Carolina native. When we lived in North Carolina full-time 2000-2006 & we owned a condo in Windy Hill.

Why they chose this property

When we returned to Minnesota to live full-time we sold our previous Windy Hill condo. We still spend time in the winter in the South and missed our beach condo so much, we bought this one.

What makes this property unique

This fully furnished condo on the first level in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. We have just included a $65 linen package which includes sheets, towels and wash clothes. This second row beauty is open and bright!. You can have coffee on either of your two porches, cool off in the tranquil pool or walk across the street to the beach. Shorewalk #3 is near Bearfoot Landing and other eating and entertainment opportunities.
