An absolute gem

If you're looking for a peaceful stay in a lovely holiday home that is very well equipped and has beautiful, homely touches then this is for you. The accomodation is not large but was ideal for us (3 of us and a dog) it is so warm and welcoming it was a delight to stay (the pictures probably don't do it justice). There is a large outside area which is again welcoming and a lovely comfortable space to spend time in. The proximity to the beach is also a plus. We would whole heartedly recommended it (and have already done so to friends). Finally Stephane and Christine (the owners) are lovely people.

Sehr schönes, Häuschen auf grossem, eingezäunten Grundstück. Unser Hund hatte Spass. Das Haus und Grundstück ist komplett ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sehr ruhig, da etwas zurückgesetzt. ca. 100m vom Strand, man hört die Brandung. Der Check-in mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine ruhige und entspannte Woche in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft, in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Muss man wiederholen.

Christine und Stefan sind SUPERFREUNDLICH und sehr, sehr nett. Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt in der Strasse hinter den Dünen, der Garten ist für Hunde komplett eingezäunt. Haus und Garten sind liebevoll maritim dekoriert. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! JEDERZEIT gerne wieder!!

Nous avons passés une superbe semaine.Petite maison tres bien décorée, équipée et chaleureuse.Un grand jardin, mon petit chien etait aux anges !Vraiment à 1mn a pied de la plage. Les hotes sont tres accueillants et disponibles. On recommande et on reviendra.

Entspannung pur

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus von Christine und Stéphane, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben. Für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge am Strand ist es gut gelegen. Wer Ruhe und Ungestörtsein bevorzugt kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Im Haus mangelt es an nichts. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à Bretteville-sur-Ay 🙂 Maison agréable et confortable, entourée d'un grand jardin clôturé, et située à quelques mètres d'une belle grande plage qui a en outre le mérite d'accepter les chiens. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et étaient présents tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Une location à recommander ☺️

Ein Traum am Meer

Unser Erster Urlaub in Frankreich und Dank Christine und Stephane garantiert nicht unser letzter. Ein tolles Haus das alles hat was man braucht. Ein schönes Grundstück was absolut Hundesicher eingezäunt ist, und die Lage so dicht am Meer das man das wasser rauschen hört. Alles in allem ein superzoller Urlaub mit absolut freundlichen Vermietern. Wir kommen wieder Sehr zu empfehlen

Ferienhaus

Sehr nettes, kleines Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe mit großem eingezäunten Grundstück. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Ruhig gelegene Feriensiedlung. Zum Einkaufen muss man ca. 10 km fahren. Der Strand ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Bietet sich zum Spazieren gehen an. Sehr liebe Gastgeber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sejour de rêve

C'est une maison de poupée à l'abri des regards et tout près de la plage. On entend même les vagues depuis le jardin ! Et en plus les propriétaires sont très sympas. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes et très bien équipée. Situation idéale pour des vacances à la plage comme pour visiter le Cotentin.

Sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit einem großen, eingezäunten Garten.

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, der Garten sehr groß und komplett eingezäunt. Es liegt sehr ruhig, da keine Straße daran vorbeigeht und es eine eigne Zufahrt gibt. Uns fehlte es an nichts, alles vorhanden sogar ein Föhn, welchen wir fast immer vergessen 😬 Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten erreicht und wirklich sehr schön. Hier kann man Kilometer weit laufen. Zum nächsten Ort mit einigen Lokalitäten und einem kleinen Supermarkt ist am Strand entlang etwa 15 min. Im Ort selbst gibt es einen Baguetteautomat ( lecker) sowie eine kleine sehr gemütliche Bar. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Leider mussten wir krankheitsbedingt etwas früher abreisen, kommen aber bestimmt wieder. Christine und Stephane sind wirklich sehr nett und tiefenentspannt. Danke für die, wenn auch sehr windige 😂 Zeit 👍 Judith und Stefan

Maison agréable très proche de la plage

La maison est petite mais bien agencée. Tous le nécessaire utile est présent et fonctionne parfaitement bien. Le jardin est vraiment totalement clos et bien étanche pour un animal de compagnie. La plage est réellement à 3 minutes à pieds, pas besoin de véhicule pour s'y rendre. L'accueil des propriétaires est sympathique et convivial. Reste la disponibilité pour le départ qui n'a pas été, pour nous, au rendez vous, et un refus assez sec de venir à l'heure demandée. Sans doute un mauvais concours de circonstances...qui nous a surpris. Au global un séjour agréable pour les inconditionnels de la plage.

Une maison décorée avec goût, très fonctionnelle, bien équipée et très confortable. Le grand jardin clos est idéal pour se reposer. La plage (magnifique) est vraiment tout près. Wunderbar erholsam

Die zwei Wochen Urlaub Ende September waren sehr, sehr erholsam. Das gemütliche und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen bot alles, was wir brauchten, und das tägliche Baguette gab es morgens frisch aus dem Distributeur, der zweimal um die Ecke stand. Der große, gut abgezäunte Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund. Stéphane und Christine waren sehr freundlich und herzlich in der Kommunikation und bereiteten uns einen wirklich netten Empfang. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Häuschen mieten. Vielen Dank für tolle Urlaubstage.

Ruhig und erholsam, direkt am Meer

Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wer seine Ruhe haben möchte und mit Hund oder Kindern reist, ist hier genau richtig, da das großzügige Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist. Das Meer ist direkt um die Ecke (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Die Einrichtung ist super, es ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt (sogar ein paar deutsche Fernsehsender). Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Erholung pur !

Das Haus war für uns als Paar mit Hund perfekt. Wer Erholung sucht und für sich sein will, findet hier den richtigen Platz. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts - was total selten ist: es gibt sogar deutsche Fernsehprogramme. Ein kleiner Tipp - Wäscheklammern solltet ihr mitnehmen. Die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 100m bis zur Düne) ist klasse; im Juni war es mit Hund einfach toll am fast menschenleeren Strand zu laufen. Hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit den total netten und sympathischen Vermietern Stéphane und Christine. Es hat alles reibungslos gepasst. Alles in allem hatten wir eine total schöne Woche.

Endroit vraiment très bien. Maison bien équipée. Jardin (fermé)très agréable. Cadre magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très aimables. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.
