F9 is a GORGEOUS 2300 SF DESIGNER condo overlooking the pool and spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea. Condo Unit F9 features two levels, 3 bedrooms, two master suites, three baths, and two balconies!

FOOD/DINING/BEVERAGE SERVICES:
- Grand Caribe Resort has several on-property restaurant options that you can visit or call for room service - The Pool Bar, Rain Rooftop, Aqua, and take-out pizza from Beach Basket.
- An onsite grocery and convenience store is stocked with everything you need, from high-quality meats, groceries, produce, snacks, liquor, wine, beer, and of course ice cream!
- Nearby restaurants within walking distance.
- You can also arrange for take-out, or you can visit hundreds of local restaurants that are just a quick golf-cart ride away.
- Freshly made, on-property pizza-delivery & take-out service is available.

SAN PEDRO URGENT CARE - an onsite medical facility/pharmacy offers a variety of medical services. Grand Caribe guests receive priority access to the poly-clinic facility .

CONDO F9 - The condo is a spacious, recently RENOVATED three-bedroom, three-full-bathroom unit. It includes two master suites, a third guest/kids room, large living area, dining room, gourmet kitchen, two private balconies - all spread across two levels. From each balcony you have FULL view of the turquoise blue ocean and the amazing barrier reef. From F9, you overlook three of the resort’s six swimming pools, two hot-tubs, the swim-up bar & grill, and the boat/fishing piers.

The living area, dining, kitchen, one master bedroom (king-sized bed), a second bedroom (two full-sized beds), and balcony are on the third floor of the building. A second master bedroom (king-sized bed) and balcony are up a winding staircase to the fourth floor. NOTE: There is not an elevator.
