This multi level, ocean front condominium offers over 3,000 square feet of luxury. The main level is located on the third floor and has two master bedrooms. The third bedroom is located in a penthouse suite complete with a private outdoor shower and screened patio. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and jacuzzi tubs. A private, wrap around roof-top sun deck on the fourth floor offers a 360 degree view of the island, reef, sunrise and sunset.

Impeccably decorated with comfortable furnishings, the condo provides a spacious and relaxing area for couples or families traveling together.

Part of 'The Landings at Tres Cocos' family, which includes additional one, two, three and five bedroom options, this condo is located just north of the bridge at the cut and less than one mile from San Pedro Town. Close to restaurants, bars, and shopping yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Guests of the property enjoy two fresh water swimming pools, a salt water swimming pool, a beachside BBQ cooking station, dock and an on site management team that can assist you as needed. Pre Grad Dive Trip

Place was Great. Not directly in Downtown where all the noise, hustle and bustle of golf carts is happening but not in boonies either. Was perfect. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby. 1 min golf cart ride to where everything starts downtown. Hosts were perfect

Breath taking views, beautifully decorated and spacious, and about the most ideal location on the island right over the bridge. Well managed with great communication makes this our best vacation rental experience to date. Thanks!

Belize treasure

We really enjoyed our time in Belize due in great part to property managers Kimberly and Chad! The home was wonderful but their attention to detail was over the top. We would stay there again and know we would receive the same treatment. Amazing trip!

Absolutely perfect!

Belize is amazing, the location of the condo is perfect, and the condo itself was fantastic. But the best part of the entire stay was impeccable customer service. Brittany & Mike made everything perfect. They coordinated literally everything. I’ve NEVER had a more responsive host at any place I’ve stayed. They truly cared that we had a top-notch experience. We will definitely be staying with them again.

The location just north of the bridge was perfect for our week long stay. We loved the decor in the condo that set the mood for vacation. The pool area was very relaxing and the property included the conveniences like Wi-Fi that our older kids needed. We appreciated the large beds and bathrooms - everyone had their own space, but there was plenty of room for us to gather together for family time too. Food, drink and grocery options were within walking distance and several of our tour operators picked us up from the dock on the property. We also used the golf cart to explore Secret Beach and other restaurants in town. Brittany and Mike took care of everything we needed and made it feel like we had a local connection. We took advantage of pre-stocked beverages, golf cart rental, Tropic Air flights and several tours arranged by Brittany. It was the perfect choice for our first trip to Belize.

Lots of room. Well appointed and located but this is a two story unit on the third floor. No elevator so if you don’t like climbing, this is not your place.

First Family Trip to Belize

San Pedro was simply amazing! Brittany and Michael were unbelievable hosts. From booking our excursions, handling our travel delays, to your island recommendations, we are so appreciative. Thank you for all you did for our trip! We did several excursions and a good tour. We recommend the Fish, Swim Beach BBQ with Fish101Belize, as well as the Day Snorkel and Sunset Cruise with Searious Adventures. We also highly recommend the Belize Food Tour. Amazing!!! All in all it was a trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend Belize, San Pedro and staying at The Landings.

Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay

The location is fantastic! Just north of town for quiet when you want it, but close enough to get into town in no time at all. The unit is spectacular with all the amenities you want or need. It lacks nothing for an amazing stay for 6 people, including luxurious roof deck. The property is wonderful with pools and sand beach, and a convenient beach bar right next door. Easy access to shallow water from dock if you want to take an ocean dip (no beach walk-in to water, which is typical for the area). Kimberly & Chad were so incredibly helpful that we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when we go back some day! Thanks for everything!!

One of the best vacations we’ve had

The condo we rented was terrific. Beautifully appointed, stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Really couldn't ask for more. First time to San Pedro and we were wowed. Endless restaurants and bars to choose from. Particularly happy with the location of this condo because it was right over the bridge, just a 5 -7 minute golf cart ride to town when we wanted to be a part of the hustle and bustle and nice and quiet when we didn't. But the icing on the cake was Brittany and Mike. They were over the top helpful. Can't say enough about them and how much they added to de-stressing of our trip. From booking our short flights to scuba diving, beach BBQ excursion, and restaurant recommendations. They know the island like the back of their hand and proud of it! Because of them we will be back sooner than planned.

VC’s in Belize

This vacation was amazing. From booking flights , condo, and excursions, Kim and Chad were extremely helpful. They were very quick to answer questions and gave great insight into things to do. They helped with golf cart rentals. They made us feel so comfortable by greeting us at the airport and getting us to the condo. At the end of the trip, they arranged for our luggage to get to the airport and Chad helped us check in for our flights. I have never been on a more relaxing vacation. Thank you for a fantastic trip
