No need to arrange for key collection. At least one day before your arrival, you will receive your personal code for the smart lock and enter whenever it suits you, day or night.
The entire house is yours exclusively. Along with the private garden, terrace and parking, with no shared areas and no other people present.
Same proccedure as per check-in is the check-out by entering your personal code in the keyboard to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
