Central Home in Bohemian Observatory
Fully equipped 2 bedroom cottage-style house in a peaceful Observatory neighbourhood.
Centrally located within a few kilometers from Central CBD, Milnerton, Atlantic Beaches & Seaboard, Kirstenbosch, Constantia and major Cape Town attractions. Within 15mins walk to Old Biscuit Mill, Cape Town Science Centre, the South African Astronomical Observatory, Groote Schuur Hospital, UCT Health Sciences faculties, MyCiti and UCT Jammie Shuttle Bus services.

There is on-street parking for one vehicle in front of the cottage (no off-street parking) with 24/7 security patrols.

The property is an over century old building made from traditional clay bricks, which absorbs rainwater causing rising damp in some of the property walls. Please reach out for more clarity.
