Beautiful White Caps Condo 306 With Spectacular Views From Huge Wrap Around Deck

The Tide is High.
Located directly on the beach in the popular White Caps complex in Orange Beach, Alabama.
This condo has it all! Very large deck to sit and enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. Look out over the sugar white sands and turquoise waters while enjoying meals, morning coffee or evening cocktails. Now imagine that with your favorite music playing on the outside speakers coming from the surround sound system.
Not only can you view the incredible beach, you also overlook the enormous outdoor pool. This is an end unit with access to the 90 square foot deck from all rooms. Being on the third floor means no waiting on elevators just a quick walk up the stairs right to the front door!
Conveniently located to shopping, water sports and entertainment venues. The condo is loaded with amenities that make your stay just like home. This wonderful unit even has a separate ice machine to ensure you never run out. A full sized washer and dryer are located inside the condo as well.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless appliances and every imaginable cookware from roasting pan to a crock pot. Both a drip and Keurig coffee maker is provided.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with a king bed in the master, guest room 1 has a queen and a twin, guest room 2 a queen. Ample seating for 6 in the dining room with two additional seats at the bar. The living room is perfect for large groups with a sofa, love seat, two recliners and a chair. Equipped with 55 inch smart TV and DVD player perfect for watching your favorite sports or movies. Each bedroom has it's own 43 inch Roku TV. WiFi is provided free with this unit.
The White Caps complex is one of the best on the beach. Complete with tennis court, exercise room with TV, indoor pool and hot tub!
24 hour security is provided to maintain building rules. The White Caps building is a family oriented complex and unruly behavior is not tolerated. Please be advised The White Caps campus is a non-smoking campus as is our unit.
White Caps limits parking to two vehicles per unit. As part of your rental, we would provide one permit. If you will be needing the second, there is an additional charge.
This condo is managed by the owner! No rental agencies! This is our only unit and love to enjoy it as much as you will.
We have been with VRBO since 2009 maintaining multiple 5 star reviews with an excellent rating! The common review comment, ease of working with the owner. No question goes unanswered.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
One parking pass will be provided with rental. If a second pass is required, it will be a charge of $50. Limit two vehicles per unit per COA rules.
No early check in for the months of June or July
White Caps is a smoke free complex. A smoking area is provided at the end of the parking lot.
