Welcome to Phoenix East II 2121, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom corner condo offering 1,392 sq. ft. of coastal comfort and sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guests. Located on the 12th floor, this stunning Gulf-front retreat features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Perdido Pass, and miles of pristine shoreline—the perfect setting for an unforgettable Orange Beach vacation.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals when you're not exploring the area's many restaurants. The spacious living area opens to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with evening cocktails while overlooking the sparkling emerald waters.
The primary bedroom is en-suite and offers private access to the north-facing balcony. A sleeper sofa, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer add extra convenience throughout your stay.
With only 72 units in this low-density building, you'll appreciate the peaceful atmosphere, shorter elevator waits, and easy access to the beach and pools.
Guests of Phoenix East II enjoy exceptional resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, racquetball court, grilling area, gated entry, and a private boardwalk with direct access to the sugar-white sands.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom.
