Beautiful 3 bedroom sandstone maisonette in Ayr near the seafront & town centre.
This stunning 3 bed faces the River Ayr. It has a 4 piece family bathroom with jacuzzi bath on the ground floor along with a kingsize bedroom. On the first floor you will find a large lounge, fully fitted breakfasting kitchen, one kingsize bedroom and one twin room and a shower room.
It is situated near the town centre shops and bars. There is a large ALDI within walking distance of the property.
Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.

Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this property, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Please be mindful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum in the garden area, please close the rear door to the garden at 11pm.

Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply.

Pets not allowed.

Please turn heating thermostat down to 17 degrees when leaving the property
