With the rain early in the week the unit smells damp and mouldy. Our towels haven’t dried and although we asked for extra towels (the request was acknowledged) this has not eventuated. The stove top doesn’t appear to work (there are two rusty plug in ones in drawers). There is one dented pot for cooking (but no cook top so it doesn’t really matter). The place is a bit of a dump - no lid on the garbage bin, badly repaired ceiling, very limited hanging space and no wardrobe or drawers.

Das einzig Gute, was diese Wohnung zu bieten hat ist die Lage. Fugen im Bad schimmelig, Kühlschrank konnte nicht richtig geschlossen werden, Küche extrem schlecht ausgestattet (Herd, Ofen und Spülmaschine sind zwar eingebaut, aber alle nicht angeschlossen??? Dafür waren dann zwei extra Herdplatten in der Schublade). Der Schlafraum hat keine Fenster, genau wie das Bad. Das einzige Fenster im Wohnraum zur Straße hin - Lüften daher kaum möglich und dementsprechend extrem schlechte Luft immer. Sehr ungemütliche, abgenutzte Wohnung. Wohnungstür war auch eher wie eine Zimmertür und man musste immer von innen abschließen, damit nicht jeder rein kann.

La posizione della casa è molto buona, vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e a molti parcheggi (a pagamento). La casa in se si trova al piano terra con le finestre che danno sulla strada dove passa il tram e il quartiere è un po' rumoroso. L'ambiente non è particolarmente curato ma si trova comunque tutto il necessario.
