Welcome New Floridians!!! Moving into your new FL home can be a challenge whether waiting for new construction to be ready or when closing dates are delayed. We can assist with short term accommodations at competitive rates.

Florida's Gulf Coast is an ideal location to enjoy sun, sea and golf. This condo overlooks Venice’s prestigious Plantation Golf and Country Club. Enjoy the beautiful screened Lanai overlooking the Bobcat course and relax in the views.

Venice is a delightful town on the Gulf of Mexico with many recreational and entertainment venues. There are more than 10 public golf courses within a 15 minute drive, such as Calusa Lakes, Warterford and Capri Isles. In addition to spectacular sunsets, Venice Beach features fishing off Sharky's Pier and boating on the Gulf. Sarasota is just 20 minutes north of Venice featuring Siesta Key beach (2011 Best Beach in America by America's Foremost Beach Expert, Dr Beach) as well as excellent shopping and dining. Tampa's Busch Gardens and Orlando's Disney World are within a 2 hour drive. Air travellers are served by nearby airports at Tampa, Sarasota and Ft Myers.

Located on the top floor, this spacious, south-facing condo overlooks the ninth fairway. The quiet surrounding neighbourhood is great for walks or biking. The heated pool and clubhouse are just steps away. An outside community barbecue is available for grilling.

The open plan design features a combined Living/Dining area with cathedral ceilings opening onto a spacious Lanai. The Living area has a 50' flat screen TV for your movie and sports viewing enjoyment. Overlooking the Dining (seating for 4+), the Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave and disposal as well as dishes, cutlery, glassware, table linens, pots/pans and utensils.

There are two bedrooms. The Master suite has a king bed, TV and two large closets. The Master Bath has double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom offers twin beds with an adjacent full Bathroom and tub. Laundry is off the Master Bath with a stackable washer/dryer. All linens and towels are included.

My visit to the Plantation

I really enjoyed my stay. Ron made it really easy.. The condo is well equipped and immaculate. I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area. Neighbors are friendly and the pool is great!

Great visit

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view off of the back patio overlooking the golf course. The property was very clean. The owner very accommodating. We enjoyed the pool when weather allowed us to. I will definitely recommend it to others.

The first thing I would like to say is, I wish we could have stayed longer. We arrived and checked into the unit very easily. The instructions left by the host were very clear and concise which made the process very simple. Upon entering the unit we were pleasantly surprised by the size, the layout and brightness of the unit. We soon learned that the unit came with many amenities from coffee makers, cooking utensils, comfortable furniture to very comfortable beds. The southern views onto the golf course were a great enhancement of the morning coffees that we able to enjoy. Everything in the unit worked very well, but for a slight issue with the garburator that was attended to by our host very quickly. The community of owners and other renters is a very pleasant and welcoming community. Venice has a large number of very good eating and shopping establishments that added to the enjoyment of our stay. we will certainly look to coming back in the future if there is availability. Thank you Ron.

Fairways Fun

Great escape from many things. Very clean and well equipped..lovely lanai view option for an evening cocktail. Ron was very easy to work with and well known in the complex for pleasant ownership and interest. The pool was warm and never crowded. .Activities are available through the very attractive club house if you choose to participate to participate. Everyone was so pleasant

Condo is central, and clean

It was everything like the photos I had seen online. If you like to have contact with the neighbors , so you must go to the Swimmingpool every Friday in the time by 4:30 pm. There you will see them. Everything is ok , so rooms and neighbors. I had the hurricane time, and was not afraid in the Condo. If Ron (the owner) don’t need it anymore, so I take he can call me I will buy this (Condo) Appartement😊. Thanks for everything Ron (but only for me a hard bed next time). It was very nice that I stay some days longer, because the hurricane let me go back to Germany. Thanks a lot again, and I am sorry because my Handy didn’t work all time. Your Helga and I hope I may come again.

Quiet location but close to everything

Super quiet location that overlooks the golf course. It was only about 10-15 minutes to Manasota or Venice Beach. The condo was perfect and offered a cozy comfortable king sized bed. It was stocked with most all the essentials making our stay enjoyable. You really can't beat this place for the price and location! Looking forward to coming back soon!

Plantation Golf & Country Club

The apartment was very comfortable in a nice safe and friendly condo community. Wonderful neighborhoods to take walks, easy drive to old historic downtown Venice and beaches. We would stay in this condo again.

Excellent Property

We had the good fortune of finding this nice place to stay while having our home built in Venice. Having owned our own place in the Fairways in the Plantation Golf and Country Club, we felt like we were home again with many friendly people, a great view from the condo and a quiet, peaceful place to sit back and enjoy the good life. The condo was equipped with everything anyone would need and in addition to that Ron had purchased a comfortable new bed, new linens, TV and living room furniture. We have rented several places in the past and this was by far the best! In addition, Ron was great to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed and is just a really nice person to do business with. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Excellent amenities

We stayed in this unit for 3 months and enjoyed every minute. This was our 6th year of renting in the Plantation area. I must say that this time I had to buy the least in the way of household goods. The owner was very attentive and easy to deal with. Sheets and towels of superior quality, mattresses were firm and everything I needed to use in the kitchen was there. The unit also has a large pantry which I fully used. The neighbors were pleasant and there were no extra fees to use the pool. I took water aerobics at no charge and loved the pool. The view across the golf course is beautiful and I even was able, from the lanai, to see an alligator in the water hazard. Great BIG SCREEN tv!!

FANTASTIC!

I chose the Venice area because of its proximity to so many recreational venues. Plantation is a safe, attractive and welcoming area. I have friends who also have homes here.
