Manasota Beach is 3.4 miles away with free parking. Also close by is Blind Pass beach - 7 miles; Venice Pier - 6 miles; Venice Beach - 6.4 miles. All these beaches have free parking.

We recently relocated to Sun Coast, Florida to get out of the snow and winters of Denver, Colorado. As a Florida native myself, its great to be back in the Sunshine State and my husband is getting his first snowless Winter (he's from Minnesota and Colorado).
